The menu has tons of options -- protein-packed bowls, fresh açaí bowls, smoothies and shakes, plus protein pancakes that somehow manage to feel both indulgent and guilt-free. Whether you're eating clean, fueling a workout, or just trying to make better choices, there's something here for everyone. The food is fresh, flavorful, and customizable, which I really appreciate. You can easily build meals around your nutrition goals without sacrificing taste. Service is excellent every time -- the staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The restaurant itself is also very clean and well-kept, which always makes the experience better. The girl working at the register was super sweet. She helped me with my order, a chicken Caesar wrap with sweet potato rounds as my side. I also ordered a Snapple iced tea. What happened next changed everything about my experience. I was asked if I was going to dine-in or take-out. My response was "I'd like to dine in assuming you have wifi?" She responded that they did and gave me the password. A man behind the counter who I assume is the owner or manager then stepped in and berated her right in front of me. In a super harsh tone, he said to her "don't ever give the Wi-Fi password to anyone. We need to collect their email." It was super rude and unprofessional for him to yell at her in front of me (or at all). I felt awful for her. She apologized to me and I apologized right back to her. Needless to say, this put an awful taste in my mouth and clouded my experience at this business. Admittedly I did stay, enjoyed using the wifi and the same man delivered my food to my table without a word or a smile. The wrap was delicious and the sweet potatoes were good but not fully cooked. On my way out, I told this man how I felt and that his comment made me uncomfortable. He did not apologize and moreso defended himself and said that is how he does business. So... while PROTEIN HOUSE is spacious, convenient, and has fresh, healthy food, I'm not sure I'd return as a result. I hope he was just having a bad day. To the girl working the register if you read this, I'm so sorry again. I appreciated your help and you did nothing wrong.

I couldn't decide between a few different things but the lady working the cashier recommended the pura vida bowl so that's what I went with. It was delicious! 10/10 recommend! My partner tried the great catch bowl which...to be honest looked a little disappointing compared to my bowl. Salmon looked dry and overcooked. We also got the hummus and crackers to start which was a much bigger portion than I expected. It came with a mix of regular hummus and a red pepper version which both tasted great.

We tried the Salmon and Goat cheese which so delicious. It had a nice warm goat cheese and the balsamic vinegar dressing made the salmon taste so good. I would for sure eat this one again. We also tried the Great Catch. I didn't like this one as much as the Salmon and Goat Cheese The dressing was very strong. Now let me just say that my wife and I ordered and ended up switching our entrees. She loved this dressing more than I did. And for the final we ordered a Beaches and Mango smoothie and it was soooo good!! It was the desert that we needed. The restaurant was open and comfortable and the service was great. This will be a great restaurant for us to continue eating healthy at.

There are never any good coupons, promotions, or discount days, but even so, I continued to support your business, spending on average $17 a visit. I kept hoping that once you were more established, you'd start showing some appreciation to your customers. But today was the last straw. My bowl wasn't even filled to the top. When I politely asked the employee for a bit more fruit, especially since there were only five blueberries in my bowl and plenty of room left, I was told that management has instructed staff to put no more than five blueberries in each bowl. They are not allowed to fill the bowls anymore. This is a lousy business practice, and it speaks volumes about how little you value your customers. There's a new açaí bowl establishment just miles away that offers BOGO days, a rewards program that actually counts, and bowls filled to the brim. You can keep your five blueberries. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

They focus on quality ingredients, responsibly sourced beef, and making things from scratch with no shortcuts, and you can taste the difference. We ordered the burger, the dish taco, loaded fries with bacon, and a bacon quesadilla--and honestly, every bite hit. The burger was juicy and cheesy, the taco was messy in the best way, the fries were crispy and indulgent, and the quesadilla was pure comfort food. Nothing felt heavy or overly greasy--just fresh, flavorful, and well done. If you want fast-casual that feels thoughtful and actually satisfying, Unforked is a great choice. I'll definitely be back.

They had someone constantly wiping down tables. A good bit of parking in the lot and they have a drive thru window. I think the prices are really good. All the burgers are reasonably priced. Most under $10. I think one is more but it's a double. We got the Pure Burger with added cheese and the KC Hot Bird Chicken Sandwich. Both were great. I ate the chicken and it was a large piece of fried chicken breast topped with the sauce and an apple slaw. Yum! You can get it mild, medium, or hot. I decided to get mild just to check the heat level and I will definitely go for medium or maybe even hot next time. Mild has zero heat to me. It was still very good. $9. The basket of 24 Hour fries ($5.60) are enough for two people to share and also really good! My partner really liked his burger. I also appreciate they offer you a glass to get water from the drink bar. The water is flavored with citrus including limes and oranges!! We will definitely be back here! And I'll be trying the Banana Booyah! See my pic which describes what it is!
