Here are the wins from today, 1) I was not forgotten in the drive thru and made to wait twenty minutes. Instead my drive thru visit was only 15 minutes with a terse order taken at the intercom and one interaction at the window where payment was taken and food was shoved out at me 2) instead of watching an employee on their phone not respond to the drive thru for an excessive amount of time thru the drive thru window - while my order was ready and waiting, I did see people moving about and had a glimpse of hope that they would come soon 3) I came away with my order and a small hope that it might be right. Honestly, the questions one could ask themselves before coming to this location for the drive-they are: Do I have time to waste? Do I enjoy playing a game of chance? How patient am I today? Sadly, even the food was disappointing today. There was almost more pepper than egg, zero schmear where there should be, and the sandwich was wrapped poorly with half of it exposed in the bag. It fell apart as I tried to eat it and I had to consume the parts which didn't flop to the floor over a waste basket at my desk. If I hadn't felt like I earned a badge of courage and temerity for trying them again, I would have abandoned the whole thing to the trash but as many of are saying, in this economy? I think not.
