I've been a loyal customer for years - until today. Your prices are high, and you have one of the weakest rewards programs I've ever encountered. There are never any good coupons, promotions, or discount days, but even so, I continued to support your business, spending on average $17 a visit. I kept hoping that once you were more established, you'd start showing some appreciation to your customers. But today was the last straw. My bowl wasn't even filled to the top. When I politely asked the employee for a bit more fruit, especially since there were only five blueberries in my bowl and plenty of room left, I was told that management has instructed staff to put no more than five blueberries in each bowl. They are not allowed to fill the bowls anymore. This is a lousy business practice, and it speaks volumes about how little you value your customers. There's a new açaí bowl establishment just miles away that offers BOGO days, a rewards program that actually counts, and bowls filled to the brim. You can keep your five blueberries. I'm obsessed with this place. It's how I get my sweet tooth craving without guilt. The equality of their bases are what make me really like this place. Plus you can pick up to 4 bases! So if you can't decide what you want to get, this option is very helpful so you get a little bit of everything. They'll let you sample it if you're unsure what it is too. My favorite bases to get are Pitaya, Coco Love, Mango, and of course Acai. The chia pudding is my favorite add on every time as well! Highly recommend. read more

Now that I've been here I can't stop! I get a smoothie almost every weekend while I'm doing my grocery shopping at natural grocer. The flavors are so fresh, the staff is always on it and super friendly. I usually order the PB cacao dream or the PB and jam ( that may not be the official name). You have the option of adding protein and such, I get it just normal and love it. As with everything, prices are up there, but there's a reason for that when you're buying fresh fruit and the milks. It's worth it for me. I want to try an açaí bowl, at some point I will. I love them at all the other places I have been. Parking is easy, they have a loyalty points program. Go try it! My opening day dine-in experience was excellent, with a first-rate staff, friendly owners and a healthy, flavorful bowl. The regular (4" x 3") blue lagoon signature bowl ($10.99) tasted great, with a good mix of healthy ingredients, including fresh pineapples, strawberries, coconut and chia pudding. I found the service at the counter to be enthusiastic, helpful, friendly and efficient, with a clean and new dining area. I also noticed a patio area. Turns out I had a $12 pint of ice cream (*dairy free) for lunch?  If it's your first time, I recommend studying the menu online ahead of time to learn all the lingo - I didn't realize "cacao wow" and "coco love" were ice cream (*dairy free) despite looking at the menu board for what felt like 5 minutes and asking questions. I guess I just figured they'd all be fruit based like other places I've been that are similar.  There are two bowl sizes, regular (16oz) and large (24oz).  I ordered the smaller size and still found this to be too big. read more

If I could give this location 10 out of 10 stars, I would! Everything in every way it was perfect. There were so many different options, we literally spent 30 minutes looking at the menu. From the music to the merchandise, the staff to the fresh fruit, this is one of my best experiences ever. The staff asked us if we wanted a sample of anything we were unsure of, from the bases down to the chia seed pudding. I love Everbowl! read more

The bowls are really good! They are tasty and have lots of options. The place looks nice and comfortable. They charge for extra add ons. The staff is helpful. The only downside is they do not accept cash and there is no sign to say that. Only card and Apple Pay. *** Update**** The owner stated they did have a sign stating they are cashless which I indeed could have missed. However, the same day I went the employee said they had to turn down a number of people for having cash. So, maybe we all missed the sign. Really thrilled I found this place! I feel like acai bowls frequently have a texture like frozen ice which I really do not enjoy but this acai had the texture of ice cream! The toppings were fresh and so yummy and the service was great!! They talked me through the menu and helped me order what I really wanted and needed! I wanted to like this place. I love healthy food and smoothie bowls are my favorite. These are not made fresh and made my stomach super upset so I googled the ingredients. They say no sugar added, but they also add a sweetener from tapioca which is basically sugar, but not good for you. It is a bunch of stabilizers and gnar gum which is inflammatory. I was so disappointed. No wonder it gave me immense heartburn. There are places less expensive and made fresh to order with no stabilizer crap. Smh. We're paying for fillers. Not real food.
