It had been a while since my last visit, so I was excited to see they had a new smoothie on the menu -- the strawberry matcha. I ordered it along with the mango smoothie to try something new. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both. The strawberry matcha smoothie wasn't well-blended and had very large chunks of what I think might have been banana (though I couldn't be sure), at the very bottom which kept getting stuck in the straw and made it difficult to even enjoy. The mango smoothie also had a strange aftertaste that didn't sit well with me nor my boyfriend (that smoothie was for him). I really wanted to love these, especially since I've had good experiences in the past. I hope this was just an off day, but I'd love to see more consistency and quality in future visits.
