I used these movers (TNS Movers: tnsmovers.com) recently (June 2023) and the owner (Tammy Pough) is a fraud and cheat. I moved only a few miles away and once movers packed and were ready for delivery destination, owner says I need to give her all the funds before they movers would deliver my stuff, and she made up a much greater estimate than expected. When I told her that her estimate was incorrect, she said her movers would not deliver my stuff until I paid all the $. This delayed the movers as they were waiting somewhere nearby. When I paid the owner all the $ she had asked for, I also told her that if the movers were done early at the destination, would she refund the overage and she said yes. The movers delivered my stuff and it took them a shorter time that expected, and Tammy the CHEAT owner only refunded me $20 out of the $80 overage. When I asked her why she did this, she stopped responding to my messages and said " The move is over and good luck". When I asked her moving team about this, they indicated that Tammy is unethical and unprofessional on many fronts. I will NEVER use this company again, so BUYER BEWARE!! This is the most ghettos moving company. That showed up without mask on!! The movers Abdul said he was on the way at 0911 for a 1000 appointment and didn't show until 1100. When I called to complain about the tardiness. Tammy the owner basically told me I could reschedule. Despite me making a reservation 1 week prior. She is very mouthy and refuses to take responsibility for her poor services. She references the 2 hr window, and state regulations and how the movers have to feed their families . But didn't reference the fact that Abdul said he was on the way. Not only were the movers late and unprofessional they are LAZY !! I had my sons and husband helping and the hired help barley worked!! Got moved by TNS Movers and it was the worst moving experience ever. EXTREMELY OVERPRICE!!! They charged $118/hr for three movers. At no time did all three people work at the same time. Two of the guys couldn't have been more than 19-20 and obviously never moved people cause they needed continual direction. I was confirmed for a 9-10am arrival but they didn't show till 12:41pm. I moved previously with the same amount of furniture in three hours total between both places with a different company. This move costed me $660 and that's not even getting everything from one house to the next. Use someone else. They took took their time and wrapped our furniture and all of our TVs to ensure they would arrive at the destination in the same condition they left. They handled all of our items with care. I have to say this was the WORSE move I have ever had!! I paid good money for them to move me into storage. When I moved out just a few weeks later, I realized they damaged several pieces of my property. The move was horrible in itself, the guys wasn't experienced at all. They disassembled several large items where they damaged my office desk so bad I just through it away and purchased another one. The corner of my wooden china cabinet broken off and 3 sides of my table are just horrible. Not to mention the 2 movers got into a heated argument on the best way to move certain pieces which extended the move time that I had to pay for. These are just a few damages. I called the office, Tammy and the office manager (the one that sets the appointments) were rude, they actually hung up the phone on me. i signed up for yelp just to write a review. This woman does not care about her customers. I used her twice before , and her saving grace were the men she sent me both of those the previous times. they said she was awful but they needed their jobs and they were AMAZING so I never had to encounter the full crazy of her back then. I recently hired her a 3rd time. She sent 2 men. One was a drunk and old and LITERALLY started a fight with the driver in front of my new home in the street. it was just ugly. Before the altercation I called her with concerns about him. he was slow and argumentative and it forced me as a petite woman to have to lift heavy items and furniture just to help the driver (Kyle is AMAZING unlike his boss). It took them 2 hrs to load my ranch style home because of the older drunk man. I told her of this. she said "I'll talk to him " and made no concessions at ALL. I paid for 3 hrs and it was used JUST to load because he could not. I had to keep adding hours of unnecessary money for this reason fast forward after the fight at my home she sent an Uber for the drunk and the job was stopped for over an hour while she has to find someone to help. I'm a pastor and nurse so I am I am understanding by nature. she took advantage. She offered me a 15 min credit !!! Though I was overpaying by hours. And you have to keep paying upfront so because my furniture was on her truck I was being held hostage. The move started at 948 and by 2pm we still had only unloaded maybe 10 items of a whole house. Again not Kyles fault. She sent a replacement over an hour later and Rodney was also AMAZING and kind and integral. I asked for an hour credit and she REFUSED and told me she had offered enough concession (15 min) though I had several complaints and by now Kyle had complained because the drunk worker attempted to assault HIM. no budging on her part. I told her I'd leave a review and magically hours later she offered an hour versus 15 minutes but by now I had already paid more money. When they went back to the original home for the second load (maybe 6 items only ) and 15 min apart from each other. She had her driver pull over to Kroger until I paid her! She told me I could pay her (before they unload ) but told her driver to keep my items in a parking lot until I gave her more money. UNHEARD of. I refused and she kept my items hostage for over an hour. They finally were permitted to come and I was standing close to her driver when she called him (I HEARD HER) and she told him to throw my items outside my home and leave. I'm so grateful he did not. Had I not been standing there I would not have heard her say it for myself! Do not use this company. Read back on the other reviews. She is insane and loves money and hates people. Again I neverrrrrr leave negative reviews. Everything she touches will fail because of how she treats human. That move took from 948 am until 8pm for a ranch style home! RESIDENT BEWARE!!!!!!!!! I had never hired a moving company before and this experience taught me a very harsh lesson. If you have a lot of money to spend and dont care about your furniture, walls, time, valuables, etc. then this is the company for you. We booked their services 2 months before our move date. Tammy called us the DAY BEFORE to tell us that they had "forgotten" a dmv truck inspection was due and had to cancel our Saturday move and we could go someplace else. We were already extremely stressed and had been packing/cleaning while working full time jobs for the previous 2 weeks and had to move that weekend with no other options. They agreed to come on the Sunday. We had to rearrange the professional cleaners schedule and ours to accommodate this BS. It was a clear sign to RUN but I was too stressed to see it. We just wanted this move done. The 3 randos that showed up (One overweight man and 2 skinny boys under 21) in the moving truck spend 10 HOURS to make two trips to the house 30 min away. All boxes were packed and taped for them. All they had to do was breakdown the 1 bed and load all furniture and boxes. They brought no tools. They asked for water and they asked for food. The move started at 11 am and close to 10 pm we had to yell at them to finish unloading the truck and get out of our house. They could not put the bed back together and were loitering to get more money as they are paid by the hour. They lied and said they connected the washing machine. They were not careful of the walls and left marks, they left marks on the carpet. They lost(!!!!?????) the power cord for our surround sound speaker. The worst was that they BROKE open my LOCKED jewelry box and stole my jewelry. When we contacted Tammy she blocked us. I emailed her and she stated that I could not prove it. Extremely unprofessional - and why should she be? This is NOT an actual company licensed in GA. She has no insurance because she is NOT licensed. She DOES NOT GIVE A F@!%!!!!! So. If i could rate 0 stars i would. Kyle (a mover) was great however, the morning of our move we were supposed to have 3 movers. We were only sent 2. One of the movers aside from the name i stated prior.. was eyeing all of our valuables. Telling us how rich he thought we were. Not only that.. he was taking up so much valuable time. We sent these complaints to the manager or owner whoever she was. Nothing. Then at the second location to where we're supposed to move.. the movers postured for a fight. one had to get sent home and the owner instructed Kyle to wait to keep moving things in until a replacement was sent. while still charging us for that time. It took close to an hour for a replacement to be found and sent. She didnt add any extra free time due to this sir until we basically had to beg for it. so much time was wasted and taken and she then expected us to pay more for time that her workers took from us. at the end of it all shhle thought it was best to tell her workers to wait on the side of the ride until more money was paid.. how we we didn't even get to use our full time that we initially paid for due to the poor work ethic and time management. we had to go with this option due to not being able to afford higher rates movers.. and with that being said she knew this and decided to gouge as much as she could. read more

The guys were a little late on arrival, but they were nice/funny and had the equipment to get stuff moved fast. Just make sure to wrap/protect everything as you would in any move and all belongings will be transported/protected well. Not only were they 50 min late for a 9 am move, but they ended up taking 5 hours to provide service and did not even take everything I asked them to take from my 2 bdr apt. charged me nearly $500 between the moving fee and gas. And I still have to take my own 3 tvs, the glass to my one coffee table and end tables and two picture frame boxes to my storage myself. It was a simple love from my apt 3.5 miles away. I provided blankets, shrink wrap, mirror packs, tons of boxes and cardboard, and the movers did not load the truck correctly for a long distance move. Although I requested that the movers wrap and protect all of my wood furniture, they loaded against metal and other objects unprotected. I had a lot of damage to my fine furniture and artwork. I would not use this company. I wish I read reviews before using this company. They do not stand behind their work. They are not accredited with BBB. They use a post office box for their business address for a reason. They prefer cash (and charge extra for credit cards) for a reason. Do your research and hire another company. I tried to get a quote, and they sent me a request for deposit to reserve via cashapp/venmo/zelle, which is totally fine. When I asked if they bring their own supplies to just wrap and protect my stuff, they must have found it offensive because they said, "Yes we have website but we have Cancel your move and dont wish to proceed forward. The movers were fine other than showing up an hour late. They did handle my furniture with care, via wrapping it, etc. I was charged for 3.5 HOURS to move ONE bedroom set and a kitchen table set. NOTHING ELSE. 3.5 HOURS TOTOTAL CHARGE. Also I was unaware that there is a difference in price between using cash app and cash. I had to go get cash to save $15. Took 20 minutes. Long line at atm. They didnt start moving stuff while I was out because the CONTRACT says they don't unload until you pay, so I locked doors while I was gone. I get back and I am charged an extra $20. So I spent 3.5 hours at $64 an hour plus $30 for travel plus $20 for not knowing I needed cash. On the phone the owner was condescending and snarky toned. Men that showed up were very nice. We asked for 4 movers and 26 ft truck. Day b4 the company said we don't have a 26ft truck anymore. We can have the movers do two trips. She did not ask how far the move was which would be pointless doing two moves. I had tons of professional moving boxes and was leavening everything. The movers brought all of the items not boxed into the driveway and placed a lot on top of an expensive painting. They had no one in the group who new how to pack properly and organize the truck. By the time the shoved half the stuff into the truck, they still had the other half of the house to pack. Without proper organization hertz rented us a 26 ft truck. 2 truck with still things to take and no where to place. I asked them repeatedly to check all of the house and bring to one room. I bought them lunch and they creaked a few times. Certain things came to the new home and sadly things got left behind. Items got broken and my personal belongings were not taken like they stated they took. It became a train wreck of cluster and I'm just now seeing the bad reviews on this company. Funny thing, the comp said no 26 ft trucks available and showed up with a 26 ft truck and one man short! Similar to the previous comments, I wish I had read the reviews prior to booking this horrible company. The movers were set to arrive between 9:45 and 10 am but did not show up till after 11. The driver and "Tammi" the owner had different excuses as to why they were late. I almost wish they wouldn't have shown because the entire move was horrible. The movers were extremely slow and unprofessional. I have a small 1 bedroom apartment and was moving 15 mins away but somehow the move took 4 plus hours!!! Not to mention my friends and I had moved the smaller items the day before. It took them 30 mins to put furniture on dolly and another 30 mins to return from truck. During the 2nd 30 min trip my friend and I started to help out and one asked if he could use my dolly as he doesn't want to walk back to the truck and they also asked if we had anything to wrap my headboard. I was under the impression they had all the supplies but guess not. My friend and I ended up loading things in my truck and leaving them at the old place. When they met up with us they complained and even requested money before all my items were off the truck. I pointed out that they scratched my sectional and cracked the mirror on my headboard in additional to various other scratches and scuffs. The mover response was "I'll let her know". Overall, I was not satisfied. The movers were scheduled to be at my house at 8am but didn't arrive until 9:45am. No big deal until it was time to pay and they tried to charge me for an additional half hour! One of the guys moving me was a very good worker but the other one was somewhat lazy. They didn't come prepared with proper tools to unhook or break down furniture items. They told me that I had to unhook my own washer and dryer! They left a few items that were supposed to be loaded onto the truck. I had to call someone else to come and help load my stuff on the truck. I had to move my stuff into a storage unit until my new house is ready but I don't think I will be using them for moving my things out of storage. They didn't even have the decency to give at least a 24 hour notice and call to let us know. And to make things worse they only sent a partial refund for the security deposit not even the full thing.
