I moved only a few miles away and once movers packed and were ready for delivery destination, owner says I need to give her all the funds before they movers would deliver my stuff, and she made up a much greater estimate than expected. When I told her that her estimate was incorrect, she said her movers would not deliver my stuff until I paid all the $. This delayed the movers as they were waiting somewhere nearby. When I paid the owner all the $ she had asked for, I also told her that if the movers were done early at the destination, would she refund the overage and she said yes. The movers delivered my stuff and it took them a shorter time that expected, and Tammy the CHEAT owner only refunded me $20 out of the $80 overage. When I asked her why she did this, she stopped responding to my messages and said " The move is over and good luck". When I asked her moving team about this, they indicated that Tammy is unethical and unprofessional on many fronts. I will NEVER use this company again, so BUYER BEWARE!!
