Raffik was very pleasant on the telephone and told me to go ahead and bring my car in right away. My car had failed the smog and I had gotten approval from the bureau of automotive repairs to have repairs done on my car to fix whatever was causing my smog to fail at a STAR certified Auto repair. I have quite an older vehicle and Raffik assured me that they work on that year and model of car. To make a long story short, Raffik is very nice, very honest and called me with great news! I was afraid I was going to have to retire my car if it did not fall within the parameters of what the bureau of automotive repairs had approved for me. He proceeded to tell me that he did a baseline smog test on my car and it passed the smog!! Woohoo!! I was and still am so Happy!! So no repairs were even needed on my vehicle.
