My tacos were hot and fresh. The Al pastor tacos were by far my favorite. The tacos were incredibly delicious. My main complaint would be the lack of red sauce, napkins, tomatoes, avocado, and beans. The food truck also didn't even have a menu so there's no price transparency. The tacos were delicious and we paid $22 for 9 tacos so there's food was reasonably priced. Nick, the owner, is of Greek & Albania descent which reflects in the many Greek menu options. I went with the Greek Skillet, however due to a mixup got the meat lovers dish instead with a side of french toast. It sat on a bed of hash browns and was enough food for even the hardiest appetites. The french toast was the clear winner here and the rest was good enough for a Sunday meal. Wifey went with a combination of eggs and pancakes and enjoyed herself. The restaurant is large enough to accommodate large families and the waitstaff were most likely HS students, but very friendly. Nick made his rounds throughout the restaurant, which is nice to know who is in charge.

My usual experience with Migas are nice and crispy, fresh corn tortillas with sautéed onions, jalapeños, tomatoes, and plenty of eggs so this was a different experience for us, and I wouldn't call it good. I admit we did not bring it to their attention as we got the order to go and we're not from the area, and the place we were staying was several miles outside of Marble Falls so we didn't make the effort to go back.
