The carne guisada was tasty (not quite like the ones back home), had a red gravy, I'm used to a more browner/grayish (I know sounds weird) gravy. But it had a lot of flavor that I'll probably be driving 20 or so miles outta the way for. I'll probably skip the barbacoa in the future (Juarez in RRTX has my vote for some pretty tasty barbacoa).
