The food truck also didn't even have a menu so there's no price transparency. The tacos were delicious and we paid $22 for 9 tacos so there's food was reasonably priced. We learned the entire process beginning to end on how to make sourdough and the different folds and techniques to get the proper size crumb. We got to go home with our own jar of the families 244 year old sourdough starter named Petunia, and learned how to feed her and care for her. We got to bake a loaf there and learned why it's so important to wait 2 hours before cutting into it. I am desperately looking forward to more classes in the future, this was a great experience!
