After the alignment, I test drove the car and the car was pulling so far to the right that it was possibly unable to operate and a danger to the road. I needed to have my steering wheel at the 11 o'clock degree in order to drive straight. The alignment was worse after the job was completed. I met Diego again and expressed my concern. Diego then claimed that it was my tire wear and that I will need to purchase new tires, which was incorrect and a scam. He tried to sell me new tires. I took it to Toyota, my dealership, and talked with the advisor. The advisor and I called Pep Boys on the phone to discuss that it had nothing to do with my tire wear, but rather an alignment issue. Diego, my advisor, and I talked back and forth over the phone and I requested to speak to someone higher in charge. Diego stated that there is no available manager. During the conversation over the phone, Diego proceeded to hang up on me, which was unprofessional. I proceeded to take the vehicle to Firestone to measure my alignment after Pep Boys. The top diagram in the photo is my measurement after Pep Boys, where Diego claimed that the alignment is straight. After Firestone, my car was driving fine, which showed that it had nothing to do with my tires nor my tire wear. Also, over the phone, Diego called me by my first name. I work in the customer service field as well, and would never refer to a customer by their first name. I will not be returning to this business and would like to warn customers about possible alignment scams.

A girl helped him out on Saturday when the car officially "died" and we had to jump start it. She said since the test passed to try the car out until tomorrow. Told him if it was still bad to return and they would replace it. So the car didn't start today and he went over to take it. Upon arriving he saw a young man with a cart of tools helping another customer replace a car battery. He entered the store and was helped by an Erick Gonzalez. He told him to bring in the battery and they would give him another. He asked him if they could remove it since he didn't have his tools, he said they don't do that. He then asked if he could borrow their tools (since he saw the young man with the cart WITH TOOLS helping another customer with their battery when he had arrived) and he said they don't allow that. Which first off is not true because we have been coming here for years to replace our batteries and to buy other car items. They've always removed the battery and replaced it themselves. He brought in the battery after I had to come and bring his tools when he told me the young man (that was helping the other people) offered to help but Erick said he had it "handled." My dad was going to buy other items because he's been going for years but after this interaction he decided not to. Listen, if you were too lazy to help out a customer you should've sent him over to help us but you didn't. You didn't offer quality customer service which I don't know if this is the same Erick everyone is raving about but if I could give them 0 stars, I would. Just because my dad is Filipino or maybe it's because we're still under warranty you were rude didn't offer the "great" customer service people know you for (if its the same Erick that helped us). Either way, you've lost an entire family of loyal customers.
