Cannot recommend Lori and Michelle enough!…read more Temporarily moved back to Long Beach to help my mom downsize and we were overwhelmed by the amount of things, especially heavy and older antiques in our house. We were preparing to smash everything and higher a massive dumpster, which would have cost us hours and thousands of dollars. Found Lori here and she answered my call and came the next day to check everything out. We were in a gated community so it made selling more difficult, but happily took us on. While it was not a traditional estate sell, she used all of her contacts to stop by and priced everything. She made sure only trusted people came into our house, waited at the gate to make sure they were okay, and made sure to negotiate all of the prices for us. Not only is she well connected in the community, but Lori is extremely understanding. She is happy to work as quickly or as slowly as you need and so helpful with parents who are not as happy to see her coming. With my mother not being as understanding of the process, Lori was open and there with anything we needed. She accommodated the odd hours we worked and having to make sure she was not in the house during certain time periods. We tried to sell a few things on Facebook Marketplace and it was a nightmare, Lori had someone who took a bulk of our things for one price and helped to haul out trash as well. She truly has a person for everything and had no hesitation in calling them same day and getting someone out in less than an hour. Every time that I had questions about the smallest things, I received an immediate call from Lori. No matter what time of day she was always on top of it and happy to connect with you. Finding someone to work through a tough HOA community and with heavy furniture, I was super nervous that no one would take us on. I could not have been able to tackle moving my aging mother had I not had Lori and Michelle and I cannot say enough good things about the two of them. With that I have been to countless estates sales but NEVER have I been treated the way I was today. I attended the sale located at 25379 Pine Creek Lane on Sunday, April 21, 2024. There was an employee of Grasons who was shouting out as people entered that everything was 50% off. I looked around for all of about 2 minutes and then I went up to her and asked if items were tagged. She immediately and very rudely cut me off and told me everything is for sale. I replied, "I understand. Are things tagged?" (Since things are "50% off" I would like to know what the original price is.) Even more rudely than before, she gives me a dirty look and says, "there are a million items here and we only had 3 days to get ready!" Other patrons looked at me like I can't believe she just did that to you. I promptly left. If this is how your company treats people, you do not deserve anyone's business. I will be posting this to Yelp as well as a consumer beware. I'm sure the sellers would be horrified at how this is being handled on their behalf. This blonde haired woman working for you deserves to be fired immediately! If she is a franchisee, it needs to be revoked!

We brought only what we absolutely needed in to our small space but it was still a challenge and overwhelming to create a new living space that was organized with less cabinets and rooms! Well Diane sure came to the rescue, first with a virtual consultation and an appointment to get started. What impressed me most is that Diane got started right away while I was on work calls because I work from home. She made her way through all our kitchen items and quickly sorted and put all the items in the cabinets that was organized and that made complete sense in how we would use the kitchen area! Left again and came back 30 min later. Item was done and when I went to pay I expected some apology for forgetting my item but there was zero acknowledgment. In fact, she wrote a new date on the ticket I had returned. I couldn't believe it. Take a photo of your return ticket before handing it back. Dishonest place.

My brother passed away suddenly. I live in Texas. He had a home in Costa Mesa. My realtor, Nancy Andreason, put me in touch with Mona Staso. I met with her over breakfast and could not have been more impressed. She was very organized and knew exactly what to do. When I left for Texas the next day, I felt very confident that I had picked the right person for the job. Within a week she had cleaned out my brother's home, organized 30 years worth of "stuff", cleaned everything, advertised, and had the estate sale the very next weekend. Believe me, this was no easy task! He had many collectible items. She did her research and was able to get top dollar. I found Mona very easy to work with. We stayed in constant contact and she always made herself available. She was very sensitive to my needs and my situation. I learned to sit back and let her take charge. Mona is a pro, and her team are all great to work with. Unlike her competitors she had a reasonable set up fee and her contract didn't have a ton of fine print. I really appreciate that she worked with me given my tricky situation. I didn't need to sell everything, my place was a 3 flight walk up, and my building manager was difficult to deal with. Despite all of this Mona came up with a plan which gave us the best chance of success. I strongly recommend her and the team at TLC Transitions! read more

I went to the Downey Location when TLC was having a sale there. I purchased a hutch from them. The employees were very professional, helpful and gave me a an excellent price. They even helped me carry my hutch out to my vehicle. It was a very enjoyable experience!. What I really liked is that the location was clean and organized , and all items were priced. She only noticed the stains because the mattress kept sliding back and forth as she was trying to put on bedsheets. My mom decided to go in-store today 2/10/26, to address the stains with the owner. She put me on the phone with her and immediately the owner was defensive saying that in her 40+ years of business this has never happened. She accused my mom of causing the stains because she slept on it overnight. What kind of customer service is this? As you can see in the photo attached, the photo was taken on the day of delivery at 5:26 pm. This stain was already there. She then offered to do an exchange for $60. Good customer service would've been free considering that the stains were not caused by the customer, but what did we expect from an Asian furniture shop? The typical rude and cheap! You get what you pay for. Stay away from here...
