The best nail salon in Augusta, hands down. The tools, products, and facility are all pristine. You won't wait like at other salons especially if you make an appointment. I go there for SNS dip powder manicures and they do the best job I've ever had in 3 different cities (DC, Richmond, and Augusta). They use 3 different drill tips so the finished product looks natural and not chunky or thick. The base, seal, and top coats are all "SNS" brand so you know it's quality that will last. They clean up your cuticles in addition to the dip and make sure all is perfect before you walk out. It is a little more expensive than other salons, but so worth every penny. Save your time and money and treat yourself to a relaxing trip to a salon that truly knows what they're doing. I can't praise this place enough. I was in Augusta from out of town and came here for gel nails and a pedicure. I was completely disappointed. I have these services done every 2-3 weeks and am very familiar with the process and how the end results should look. I normally am in and out in about 90 minutes. This took 3 hours. The pedicure was the most expensive on their menu. It was a complete rush job, very rough treatment, and the polish had no top coat. When I asked about it they said it was on there. It wasn't. I asked for a matching color for my nails. The color I got wasn't close. The surface of my nails is rough in spots and hardly have a shine. I would go back but I don't think my results would come out any better. I won't be back. read more

If I could give these people is zero I would. Candy has attitude from the moment you walk in the door . I was 5 minutes Late due to traffic. If you say anything that she does not like she gets mad and huffs and puffs and stomps away like a two-year-old and then doesn't do what you asked her to do .Do not go see that person, do not go to this place this was a one time visit I'm sticking with my nail girl. They suck and I will never take this review down. If you book somebody at a certain time and you know what they want you should not book somebody directly behind them and say you now don't have time to do what they wanted. i never leave a review but i made a yelp account jus to comment on this place. the atmosphere is very clean, the way the shop is set up is very different and efficient. the smells arent bad at all, but the energy of the workers is what upset me. i came in for a full set with glitter tips. i had asked the receptionist how much a full set was, she said it starts at 55$ n goes up depending on the length. okay, cool. so i sit for a minute waiting for the next available technician. she comes over promptly and seats me at her table. she asks me what i want and i showed her a picture. once i showed her and she responded that they didnt have the glitter from the picture, i knew it was gonna go down from there. the tone in her voice when she asked me what i wanted instead made me want to walk out right then n there. i showed her a different picture with clear gel designs...she proceeded to ask me if i want powder. then got seemingly upset when i said i wanted gel. i also added that i wanted to change ONE color from the reference photo and she acted like she was stunned bout what i was saying. moving on after she had put on the acrylic on my nail, my pinky and my ring finger had both started simultaneously burning! i dont know if it was the glue or the acrylic but theres product crusted on the tips of my fingers that burns when i touch it. moving on again when another lady had came over she was showing the tech a chrome. i told the tech that i wanted that as french tips instead, as im scared the designs are gonna run me at least 20 more dollars for only 4 fingers. she looks at me like "are u serious rn?" she repeated it like "u want chrome now?" ??? she sets aside the chrome and i asked her casually, "do u have any pink chrome?" she then gets up and goes to get a nail palette behind her that has different colors of chrome. i see 2 pink chrome colors and ask for the one i liked better. she then proceeds to tell me they dont have those colors...okay so why didnt u jus say that? during all of these interactions immediately after im done speaking she starts speaking to the other techs besides her. im not one to overthink when people are talking about me, but i definitely can tell when someone's talking about me. i ended up jus getting hot pink tips. not really what i wanted and definitely not worth 75$ wen the service wasnt up there. reminder: this is my first time coming here. definitely my last. pro tip: jus because u work in a "luxury nail shop" doesnt give u the right to act entitled to customers jus looking to feel their best. read more

BEST nail salon I have visited in Augusta. The salon is gorgeous and clean, the techs were prompt and friendly. The woman who did my pedicure was so sweet and did a great job. Today was my first time at TL and I was thoroughly impressed. I did not have an appointment, but the wait was not long at all, especially considering I waited an hour and fifteen minutes at another salon only to not be serviced. Candi was my technician and she did an excellent job. She reshaped my nails the coffin shape they actually were supposed to be shaped and took her time assisting me with picking colors and polishing. My mom and I came here today for pedicures. We arrived around 11am, and they seated us right away. The two nail techs (Lynn and Yen- they're sisters- I may have butchered the names I apologize) were very nice and professional. They both took their time and really made it a wonderful experience. We both got the smoothing pedicure, and the leg massage was amazing! We were there until 1230pm, that's how you know they take their time! I also got my eyebrows done, and they did an awesome job. Wendy was the rudest person I have ever been to. I have been coming to TL for 3 years and this was the WORST experience. She was making rude comments under her breath constantly, cussed prob 6 times, kept slapping my hand telling me to relax.......hard to relax when your slapping my hand Wendy. Beautiful setup! Very calming and relaxing atmosphere. I'm not sure of the name of the guy that did my pedicure, but he was very thorough and paid attention to detail. My only complaint is that I was not asked which pedicure I would like. I had the menu in my hand looking but he never asked. I notice that there was a language barrier when I attempted to ask him for a brochure upon check out. Another employee was able to assist me because she spoke English fluently. I'm sure that my next experience will be even better. 5/3/19 Finally made it back for another pedicure. This time was awesome! Phoebe did a magnificent job with the Ultimate Pedicure. The massage was so relaxing that I could have fallen asleep! It's so peaceful in here. There is no loudness at all....at least not that I have witnessed. I got a fill in 1 week ago and 5 nails have broken off. Not the full nail just the tip. I went back to the store to tell them that that is not acceptable, and was told because it has been longer than 3 days they would not fix it. There is no trauma to my nail, if it was just one nail that broke I would have no problem paying to fix it but 5, for no reason? That tells me there had to be something wrong with the acrylic, or the nail tech was too aggressive with the filing/drilling. I've been a customer off and on for over 3 years. This is terrible customer service, even if I was offered $10 off I still would have patronized this establishment but to not even offer an apology or explain what could have caused it, I was met with indifference. I will never go here again, I would also not recommend anyone go because obviously the supplies are out of date. read more

So I've been to this place a few times and it's been ok for the most part. Well I came here last week and I got my usual a pedicure and a gel fill. So when it came time to pay I paid $70 which is the normal. But a day or two later I started to wonder if I was paying the appropriate price. I looked on their website to see if I was being charged correctly based on their price list. The prices on their website and the prices that they charge seem to be totally different. So it just so happens that when I went I had a nail that was almost broken so they glued it and then filled it but a week later it started breaking again so it wasn't completely fixed. So I ended up having to go back to get the get the nail fixed. While I was there a young woman came in and also needed her nails fixed. Like Me she had to wait for a tech to become available as there were only four techs doing nails that day. So after raising some concern about how long she had been waiting they finally got to her. So as they are working on her she started to talk to the person who did her nails originally about the price that she was charged and what's on their website and the tech proceeded to argue with her over the pricing which is something that I do not agree with no matter if the customer is wrong or right you should never argue with a customer. So after she had raised some concerns about the difference in pricing on the website and what they actually charged I realized that I wasn't the only one that had concerns. It seems like they can pretty much get away with charging whatever they want and that the website isn't very clear. Case in point this young woman got a design and when she asked the tech about the cost she got upset because the tech told her that the design cost $25 but on the website it says $10 for design. The tech said that it's only $10 for two fingers but on the website it does not specify that. I feel like this place might be doing something a little shady with the pricing of services. But it's enough to make me not want to come back anymore the people were nice but I don't want to pay more than I'm suppose too. If you do go here make sure you check to see what your being charged before you leave read more
