This location also had a good selection of items in the store, especially in the sale section. The biggest disappointment of the store was the cleanliness. First, the bathrooms were filthy. They were so incredibly dirty and neglected. Trash all over the floor, toilet all dirty, changing table hanging down slanted on the wall, toilet paper running out, bad smell, etc. Around the store, the floors were also dirty with hair and dust. Kids running up and down the aisles screaming. It just felt chaotic. Although they had a good selection, I would choose to go to another location instead.

I know what you're thinking " why didn't you ask for a manager". well this past January I had to wait 35 minutes for someone to find a manager and when they did I had to help them fill out the form to my dismay ! The manager said someone from the Corporate Office would contact me within 48 hours ...... its now June and I'm still waiting ! This is about Corporate Greed, non trained staff members and managers at no fault of their own have been placed untrained into the service of dealing with customers. Happy with my purchase until I realized my favorite purchase, a long dress was ripped on the right side. I came back the following day with the receipt and thankfully was given a 10% discount. I could have returned it but nothing was available for my size. I was good until I went to eat out and as I ran my finger on the left side of the dress I realized there is a LONG RIPPED, TORN section, I called to possibly get a better deal or return and I was told it was a final sale after the 10% discount. I was ok with one side of it ripped but now both sides ripped I feel like a raggedy Ann. I wish I could have checked before I purchased and I wished they don't sell ripped clothing :( Lesson learned for me. Just sad this business is not customer friendly and that it's ok to sell torn items.

I have been coming to this Costco for nearly 5 years now and in that time, I have had numerous amount of interactions with flat out rude employees. This morning, my son and I went grocery shopping and it was early so they were not packed at all. We finished grocery shopping and we get over to the self checkout and the lady at the self checkout, which is empty by the way, let's all the customer in front of me go to a register and stops me and doesn't even give me the option to say no. She says " I need to scan your items." in the last month alone this has happened three times. I don't know if it's because I have a young child or if because most of the clientele at this Costco are older. I genuinely feel discriminated against, and it bothers me a lot. I really don't want to drive to Aliso Viejo because I go to Costco on a weekly basis but I think their policy should be made clear. Do only older people get to scan their products? Is it because I am Hispanic? Or is it because I have my child. My grocery bill was $120, and I had 7 items. I don't see any reason why I should not be allowed to scan my own items. I should get to choose if I want the help or not. I will be calling the store manager and see what they say.

It's not just that it's small. Small can be charming. Parisian cafés are small. Tokyo apartments are small. This place is just... small yet at the same time sparse. But size aside, the real problem is it doesn't feel like a Target. You could beam me into any other Target in America and I'd know where I was--somewhere between the greeting cards and frozen waffles. But here? No. You could've told me I was in an off-brand CVS or a Soviet-era department store and I'd believe you. The layout is chaos. The shelves are half-stocked like they're waiting for the apocalypse. And the vibe? Confused. Like even the building doesn't know it's a Target. I saw people complaining about the staff, but honestly, I was too busy trying to find the shampoo aisle to form human connections. Target is supposed to be a safe space for people who like throw blankets and adulting. This one? It's a Target in name only. A rogue franchise. A glitch in the red polo matrix. If this were the only Target I'd ever visited, I'd assume the whole brand was a prank.
