I made a beeline for the women's running shoes and found a great pair of shoes right away for $49! I love finding nice shoes at a wonderful price! They also have a decent selection of clothing, and the store seemed clean as well. I liked that this Nike location is dog friendly too. There were also sales items all throughout the store! This is a nice big store with great apparel, shoes, and service! The next time we're in the need of wonderful running shoes or workout clothes, we will not hesitate to come here!

I ended up picking the beige boots since it was leather and it can be stretch upon wearing it, and I freaking love it! They do have a wide selection on boots with different styles and materials, and a lot of heels and sandals too! Not just boots. I also told my bestie to come to see the boots when she have a chance since she too, is looking for a pair. I'll post another update review after my trip with my pair of boots to see how it holds up. My boots cost $129.25 with tax ($119) Honestly, pretty darn good value on boots and yes, I know there is a Boot Country in Nashville on their buy one get three free but I don't want to risk getting blisters during the trip. Hot tip 3: dont forget to bring all receipts to the customer service to get rewards onto your account. I wad able to take advantage of the 2 pairs of sandals sale, but also use the discounts for my other online purchases as well. I will update once my defective mary jane issue is resolved.

I saw many people working and would smile at them and they did nothing...no smile or response. #2. At checkout, I was the only person in line and waited awhile. When the employee got there she barely looked at me or said two words. She did ask me if I'm a part of the loyalty program, but she was not friendly at all. I am actually the one who asked how her day was, especially because it was so awkward standing there in total silence. #3. The dressing rooms were so hot, with the worst lighting and the music was so loud (I think that's where the speakers are or something). It was louder there than in the store. It actually made me not want to purchase anything. At the end of the day, I always think that it doesn't take too much energy to be kind and a positive customer experience goes a long way.

Terri and Aylissa were so nice and provided stellar customer service. My wife fell in love with the black cruiser style lambskin leather jacket and also tried the brown one in a similar but slightly different style. Terri got on a ladder and found my wife the correct size as it wasn't on the rack. What wonderful people at this store as we were so impressed with the kindness and caring assistance. Then Terri mentioned the sale they were having so we ended up buying the black and brown jackets and even recieved an additional 25% off. Their inventory is very nice and the store is meticulous. I've ordered from here for years, it's hard to find bikini tops in my size and this store is super accommodating with their sizing which is amazing! I came in solely to try on a specific style and size, I had 3 items I wanted to order online and just needed to confirm that the smaller size I was ordering would fit me because the print was so cute! I came in and was helped by who I believe is Irene. This wasn't my first time with her, and she always seems very frazzled. I told her the style and size I needed to try and was given the wrong size. We then found the correct size and I went to try the item on. Afterwards I thanked her for her help and said I would go home and order the 3 bikinis I had saved to my cart. She tells me I should order in store with her because otherwise I'll be charged for shipping. I said really? Even if I order over $300 of items it's going to charge me for shipping? She lied and said yes. I really do not appreciate being lied to by staff especially because it proceeded to take over 20 mins for her to get the items ordered. At the time I believed her so I went on my phone and searched the bikinis I wanted to buy so I could provide item numbers for Irene to order them. She had me read the item numbers as she wrote it down, I also wrote my name and email for her. She then proceeded to incorrectly type everything. She literally could not read her own handwriting and had to ask me what letter she had written down. It got to the point where she asked me to come type it myself for her on the computer. Once I could see her screen I noticed all the issues. Items are in the wrong size, my email is spelled wrong even though I wrote it down for her. I kept telling her it's L-E-X-Y and she keeps typing the letter "i" and then randomly adding a Y to my last name. I cant state how insane this was and how much time was wasted. I only entertained all this because I believed her when she said i would be charged for shipping if I didn't order it in store with her. During our interaction she asked her coworker to come help numerous times and then had me come around the counter and type on her computer for her because she simply couldn't do so...I literally asked the coworker if she could just stay and help finish the transaction because it was taking so long. Coworker looked fed up with Irene too but she would only help for a moment and then leave and Irene would make ME come help her type the info out. Staff really should know what they are doing, the amount of issues we dealt with was unbelievable. She's been working here for years and can't correctly type a single item number or be thoughtful enough to make sure all my personal information is spelled as written. I was so frustrated with this experience that when I got home I added one single item to my cart and as I expected, there was no shipping cost. So Irene fully lied to me in order to trick me into ordering through her, likely so she gets a commission she truly doesn't deserve. Very disappointed and I will make a point to only order online and avoid coming in so I don't have to deal with deceptive staff.
