I spoke to two different people because it was not what I ordered... they were unwilling to fix the chicharrón and when I asked for a refund or to order something else, the answer was "well, no, you already payed for it" completely unwilling to help in anyway. I have been here before with my family and everything has been great but this has completely ruined the experience. Other than than customer service, food is pretty great, so the review is not based on the food, simply on customer service.
