OK, so due to some personal things, I haven't been in a good work out regimine for about a year now. TITLE lets you try your first class for free, and I highly recommend checking it out. Customer service is absolutely amazing! Follow up, quick responses to questions, and so kind. I finally took my free class this morning and it did not disappoint! So different and fun from anything I've done before, was drenched in sweat by the end, and actually enjoyed the workout. Everyone was very encouraging, and just a great vibe and feel overall. I never thought I'd be into boxing, but I've been missing sports in my life, because they help me clear my head and think about nothing but the game. Also have been overweight for a few years now and finally hit a wall where I wanted to do something about it. I saw an ad for Titles 6 week challenge, and thought I'd take a flyer and see what's up. I signed up after seeing the facilities and meeting a few people and just committed to it. I took classes and their meal plan and it was very difficult at first. But once you go a few times and start seeing weight loss results, it gets addicting, quickly. I liked every instructor I've had, with Taylor, Ellen and Sarah being my favorite, and they work you like you've never been worked before. They had someone keep in touch with you often via text or email, making sure you're keeping strong with the meal plans and staying healthy while at it. I had James for this, and he was the man. I ended up taking 4 classes a week, and as I'm nearing the end of my challenge, I'm past my weight loss goal, and I'm going to stick with coming here past the challenge. I highly recommend coming here, stepping outside your comfort zone and challenging yourself. read more

I'm a busy executive traveling internationally quite regularly for business. I'm also a Mom trying to find quality time with my kids, which means there really isn't time in my week to take care of myself. Let me preface this by saying: I AM NOT AN ATHLETE. I am a short, thick, busty lady and I would do well to run out of a burning building. I just do not have the skills. I literally decided on a whim that I wanted to try boxing. I saw a photo of a girl with boxing gloves around her neck, thought "SHE LOOKS FIERCE. I want to look just like that." And I called this gym. Not a second goes by that I don't think about boxing now. I am obsessed in the most serious way. It is an addiction! I have to force myself to take a day off. Everyone I've encountered since I've been going here has been so encouraging and very "Go you!" They never call you out or embarrass you for doing something wrong. As long as you're working hard and trying, they're championing you on. There is no chip on anyone's shoulder, the staff is really down to earth and will help you through everything. You will in no way feel intimidated. And this is coming from the girl who is in stage-5 of social awkwardness. The classes are great. It is like 5 workouts packed into 60 minutes. You're in your own space with your own bag so you don't feel like anybody is looking at you. But at the same time, everyone else around you is hard at work, so you really feed off the energy. The first class is free, you just have to buy your wraps, which are $10. They also have several membership plans to choose from, which I love, being a commitment-phobe. If you want a fun, ever-changing 60 minute workout with the gratification of hitting something that won't hit you back, this is for you...and everybody you've ever met. Title boxing will make you walk a little taller, feel good about yourself, get toned, and lose weight. I am on my way to being the best version of myself. I hate exercising. I wish I didn't, but it's true. I was also totally intimidated to try boxing, but I did it anyway. This club is great. I got technique help, encouragement, and was always welcomed. With my job, I travel a good amount, and the staff was always willing to place a hold on my membership so that I wasn't wasting my fee while away. I recently moved to another state, and can no longer attend this particular location. So bummed. Great gym. Great people. Great workout! read more

My wife and I have been coming here about 3 weeks now and have seen great results! We come about 5-6 times a week and there is no harder workout out there that can be done in 45-60 minutes. Title Boxing Cool Springs has been one of the best things that has happened to me since moving to Franklin. I have been a member since October, and I can honestly say that it is the best group workout that I have ever done. I have taken many yoga, spin, cardio, and barre classes, and title boxing has been a better workout and better experience than any of them. There is definitely a family vibe here which I love. Every trainer's class is a little bit different which adds some variety to the week. You start with a 15 minute warm up (lots of cardio, pushups, and squats) then 30 minutes of boxing (8 rounds) then finish up with 15 minutes of ab work (planks, crunches, etc.) The trainers are all very friendly and very helpful. You will feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. I would definitely recommend Title Boxing Club Cool Springs to anyone looking for a great workout in a great environment with friends. read more

Everyone at the club are friendly and supportive. James and Anthony are awesome trainers :) workouts are challenging, and the classes are fun. I immediately signed up in the club.
