Even though there is a new law that allows members to any gym to cancel with "one click", after two emails and two phone calls, I was told that the only way I could cancel was coming in in person. As difficult as it is for me, I will have to do that, but be aware that this gym doesn;t stick to the law. Just for this I am giving it 2 stars.
