They also have the Vital Cafe where you can grab a bite to eat or a smoothie after a workout. For parents there is a small daycare room for kids. Other facilities include men's and women's locker rooms with a changing area. At $60/month for my membership (which I've had for 10 months now) I am happy with the price for what I get. The class offerings they have are pretty good but my only wish is that they still offered the yoga/Pilates mix class, which I forget the exact name. When I first started I took a class from a former instructor named Shawn which I loved and now it got cancelled. I like that they have the Les Mills/Beach Body offerings like Turbo Kick and Body Pump. I go to these classes at least once a week and they are both a good workout. Stacey and Jessica are great Body Pump instructors and Mandi is fabulous as well. It is additional money unfortunately to do the Pilates classes. I went to one and loved it but just couldn't justify shelling out more money a month. If you are interested in taking any of the group instruction then I suggest downloading the Mindbody app and loading Boost FitClub onto the app to see the workout schedule. I will check before I go to a class to make sure that there are no cancellations to the classes that I go to regularly. The staff are friendly and nice. I've spoken to most of them and they've always been helpful. Jon (one of the founders) really informed me on all their services and was one of the deciding factors for me on joining. Overall, Boost is a great gym. I've felt more part of a community as I have met really nice and cool people through this gym and developed friendships as well. I recommend signing up or giving their 7 day free trial a go!

One of the best trainers I have worked with. Perry is a great guy and is dedicated to the success and safety of his clients. He evaluates the clients needs, preferences and focuses on any limitations. He is very knowledgeable and communicates in easy to understand terms. He is very focused on form so the client obtains maximum results with measurable progress and safety. He is very conservative when increasing levels of an exercise. Two issues that I have experienced great improvement in the few weeks of training with Perry, 1) Injured knee several years ago resulting in loss of range of motion and discomfort during certain movements. Currently ROM has greatly improved and little if any pain or discomfort. This has provided me with the ability to perform exercises that I had avoided in the past. 2) Impingement in shoulder has limited me in certain movements and considerable discomfort. Currently able to perform movements with little awareness of any limitation or discomfort. ROM has definelty improved and improving muscle strength. Highly recommend Franklin Strength & wellness.
