I do feel like they haven't updated the gym much since they opened. Most of the original machines are there and beginning to show wear and tear. The men's sauna consistently has one of the burners out, leaving it not as hot. Also the tile in the sauna is turning black from the amount of sweat and filth in there. Staff is very kind and helpful, common areas are very clean. The pools are great and the outdoor spaces during the warmer months are a gift. The classes are always filled up and the gym is pretty crowded. I would like to see them add on to the gym to make more space as more and more people are joining. Fees are going up but I don't see amenities increasing with the price. Overall I love this place and am thankful for the space to unwind and decompress daily.

At first we liked this gym, but there are some serious problems they need to fix!…read more 1) They close the pool down in mid August! Yes, that's right. Middle of summer, and the pool is closed because they "can't find lifeguards, since they went back to school." But yet they still offer it as an amenity. So their "pool" is open from end of May to mid August...only 2 months of the year! 2) Even if you have a friend their and get the "monthly discount" for your membership, that only lasts a few months and then they hike the price up again! Total deception on the front end. 3) They let social media influencers film their videos right in the weight room...with us as the background. Seriously? Hopefully you're okay with unknowingly becoming famous (or infamous, if the influencers chooses to roast you for your technique or looks or something). We're switching gyms...hopefully they wake up and realize that we are paying customers and we actually matter.

The same people that own this one also just opened one in Columbia so I'm guessing it's just as good if not better. For the actual gym part you get a wide variety of weights and machines and there's enough to be able to train everything. The only problem I would say this gym has is having too many members because it does get busy during the day. But I think that's a good problem to have. 10/10 would recommend!

On the positive side, parking is always easy and hassle-free, and the bathrooms are consistently kept clean. The main downside here is the layout and crowd control. The machines and equipment are packed together very tightly, and the floor layout doesn't leave much breathing room between stations for the square footage. It gets extremely crowded, though it's hard to tell if that's just a seasonal summer rush or standard for this location. If you don't mind navigating a tight floor plan during peak hours, it's still a good gym experience, but a bit more personal space around the equipment would make a huge difference.

I've suffered with…read moreIBS-D for more than a decade (and I'm only 26), and my physical and emotional symptoms had gotten to the point where they were crushing my quality of life. I felt hopeless, embarrassed, and worst of all- lonely. I felt like I was the only weirdo who would be panicking about a flight for 2 weeks leading up to it, and thinking about how badly those 15-45 minutes are between "fasten your seatbelts" and takeoff... the bathroom is so close- yet so inaccessible. Meanwhile, I watched friends happily chugging down beers and coffee prior to a flight in their carefree way (sighs wistfully). Enter- Erin! I started following Erin on instagram and loved her content. At one point, I signed up for the newsletter. Then, like fate, I saw Erin's email regarding the MASTER method. It felt like a considerable financial commitment at the time, but I was at my wit's end with my IBS, took the plunge, and joined the June class. All I can say is WOW. I felt like I had gotten my money's worth out of the first session and the undergraduate community alone (first of SIXTEEN, mind you). I felt so SEEN, so UNDERSTOOD. Finally I was learning the "why" to a lot of "what's" to some things I'd figured out myself throughout the years myself (my IBS seems worse in the mornings! My IBS seems WAY worse on my periods, I hate running for some reason), and got validation for why I feel that way. I've also learned a ton of net new information that has absolutely been changing my life. My favourite part of Erin's program is that she doesn't look at things purely from a dietary perspective, but a holistic one. Stress, lifestyle, hydration, habits, etc all play their part. I am gaining an understanding of and appreciation for my body and my IBS that I've never had in my life, and never expected to. Thank you and bless you, Erin!!
