I do feel like they haven't updated the gym much since they opened. Most of the original machines are there and beginning to show wear and tear. The men's sauna consistently has one of the burners out, leaving it not as hot. Also the tile in the sauna is turning black from the amount of sweat and filth in there. Staff is very kind and helpful, common areas are very clean. The pools are great and the outdoor spaces during the warmer months are a gift. The classes are always filled up and the gym is pretty crowded. I would like to see them add on to the gym to make more space as more and more people are joining. Fees are going up but I don't see amenities increasing with the price. Overall I love this place and am thankful for the space to unwind and decompress daily.

One of the best trainers I have worked with. Perry is a great guy and is dedicated to the success and safety of his clients. He evaluates the clients needs, preferences and focuses on any limitations. He is very knowledgeable and communicates in easy to understand terms. He is very focused on form so the client obtains maximum results with measurable progress and safety. He is very conservative when increasing levels of an exercise. Two issues that I have experienced great improvement in the few weeks of training with Perry, 1) Injured knee several years ago resulting in loss of range of motion and discomfort during certain movements. Currently ROM has greatly improved and little if any pain or discomfort. This has provided me with the ability to perform exercises that I had avoided in the past. 2) Impingement in shoulder has limited me in certain movements and considerable discomfort. Currently able to perform movements with little awareness of any limitation or discomfort. ROM has definelty improved and improving muscle strength. Highly recommend Franklin Strength & wellness. He runs the swim team workouts in the am, but leaves several lanes open for lap swimming. There is also a 3-lane 25-yd (shallow) for swimming lessons & the facility also has a full exercise gym. The same massive hair balls and the pieces of rubber that falls of the weights sit on the floors month after month. Once you pull the overflowing trash cans out or full dirty hampers of workout towels to the main floor they quickly take care of it, but the group fitness room is just not even close to acceptable. They do not clean this room! And that is obvious! They have failed to remove old dilapidated equipment from the floor, so it just takes up space and collects dust bunnies. They got rid of the cleaning wipes because they cost too much money and provided watered down cleaners. This is the flagship gym and they are opening new gyms everywhere, but they can't seem to find the money to provide cleaning wipes for members to clean their own equipment, or a cleaning crew for this room. If it wasn't for the amazing instructors I know a group of women who would flee quickly! New gyms soon to be opening in the area will help some of these issues. In
