She gave modification options. After that we did boxing, followed by a few minutes of abs. We ended class with a few minutes of stretching. This class makes me feel like I've done a great workout for my body. I love being kindly pushed to lift weights. Tara had a fun soundtrack playing as well. Would recommend her and title! Plenty of parking as well.

From our very first session, it was clear that she is not just a trainer, but a coach and mentor dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals. What sets Erin apart is her passion and ability to motivate her clients. She took the time to understand my fitness level, preferences, and challenges, creating a plan that made me feel both comfortable and motivated. Each session was thoughtfully designed, ensuring that I was constantly challenged yet supported throughout the process. Erin's enthusiasm for fitness is truly contagious. She brings an energy to each session that keeps me engaged and excited about my progress. Her positive reinforcement and encouraging words have not only helped me push through tough workouts but have also significantly boosted my confidence. I find myself striving for goals I never thought possible, all thanks to her unwavering belief in my potential. Since training with Erin. I've experienced remarkable progress, both physically and mentally. I feel stronger, more energetic, and empowered to take on new challenges in all areas of my life. The workouts are different every day and are fun, well-rounded combinations of calisthenics, cardio, and weighted stuff. The coaches demonstrate the exercises (plus modifications) at the start of class, so it feels doable for everyone. And if there's something you can't do, chances are you're not alone! I've been coming here for 9-ish years and have seen athletes of all levels join FFN. Some are new, some are injured, some are pregnant, all have a place. I really like how the coaches get to know each member's skill and comfort level over time--if you want to push yourself, they'll gladly help you do it (safely)! I just started going to their Barbell Club classes (strength training), which I'm not great at yet. There are people lifting HEAVY weights around me while I'm still learning form, but I feel really encouraged by them. It's been a fun new challenge! You'll get out what you put into this place. And I've got a forever-gym, great friends, and a fitness routine that supports my goals. Just come :) it'll be fun.

This is the 3rd crossfit gym I have attended and this one is top notch. The programming is well thought out and I appreciate that Kyle does all the programming himself. The form on my lifting has improved significantly since starting here because the coaches take the time to coach you and help you work on your form. This gym is very inclusive and they want everyone to know that. The staff are usually friendly, gracious, and efficient with getting you through the door and onto equipment. I really love how most of the equipment faces out towards nature rather than more rows of equipment. While this happens occassionally, I'm usually able to navigate towards a nature-facing space. If I had to be picky, the only drawback is for my introverts: this gym is usually quite popular, whether during the day with elder gym-goers or during the later night with college-age students. The only time I've found as relatively less populated is during the hour before lunch or slightly before school pick-up for parents with kids around that age. This is obviously not that convenient for most families or individuals. Parking is plentiful but usually pretty full. Be careful with the traffic around here. It's usually pretty calm, but there's just a lot of people going in and out. The pool is currently (12/2024) closed for remodeling but otherwise a fully functional gym. Some additional amenities include: a walking track, stairmasters, treadmills, free weights, power racks, bikes, row machines, and your standard machine weights.
