On top of everything else they were going to charge me to remove locking wheel covers. Everything with this place is going to cost extra. Last time here for me. At least they will put new wheel covers on for me. (Something a 6 year old could do.) Now they are telling they don't have the personnel to go get the tires or someone to deliver them to shop. I will never come back to Goodyear again.

A guy in a black shirt was typing away on the keyboard at another desk. And there I stood. After 10 minutes, I turned to the man behind me and said, "You're next." And I left. Once again, ignored. I'm beginning to think there is a portal that makes me invisible when I enter the building. I'll head back to Gallatin when I have a spare minute and get super service.
