Had an issue on the highway and had to make an emergency stop. Carson quickly talked us through the problem and advised us to come in. He and the team quickly solved the issue and were very informative. We were back on the road in no time thanks to the Firestone team. Great service and expertise. read more

Avoid this location at all cost! I took my 1990 toyota pickup in for an alignment after leaving Discount Tire for a rotation and balance. Before taking my truck in, I stopped to make sure I received my wheel lock key and to manually tighten the chrome spinner on each wheel because they must be screwed on securely. I've owned this truck for 33 years so I know to double check things regarding the wheels after any wheel or alignment service for this vintage truck. Again, keep in mind I just put my hands on these wheels! I went to Firestone as I've done for years (this location specifically) because I have their lifetime alignment warranty on (3) of my vehicles ($600+ invested in alignments alone). Long story short, my truck comes out of the service bay and it's missing the chrome spinner on the passenger front wheel after I had just put my hands on the wheels! Well, you guessed it, the technician said he didn't touch it, had seen it, etc...although he just worked on the front wheels to do the alignment. If he would said the screw / stub broke and the spinner came off, no problem, stuff happens, give me the part and we move on! That's not what happened, absolutely no truth or honesty provided so I'm left with a vintage truck that I've owned for more than 30 years with a part missing I can't find! Ironically, before going outside to retrieve my truck, I had just left the service desk and asked if my lifetime alignment service warranty was a local or national warranty because I had been walking around outside the service bay area and also listening to all the customers complaints at the service desk while sitting in the waiting area. The staff seems very incompetent and all of the above explains the type of service and lack honesty you should expect not if but when you have your problems at this location. Thank goodness for national options because I'll never set foot in this location again! read more

It took them 6 hours to do a alignment. They are rude and incompetent. Go anywhere else. read more

Firestone Complete Auto Care - A store not worth attending - Tires Near Me - Madison, Tennessee

I was traveling to IL and picked up a screw in my tire. I called and they said they could take a look but that they were really busy. I managed to make it to their shop and luckily the screw was in a place where they could repair the tire. They got my car in and got me back on the road in under an hour. I'm very grateful for their quick work! read more

I would not recommend this exact shop as I have had to go there twice for my tires since I bought my tires from Firestone, for the warranty I have to get them rotated by them. The people at the front desk will ignore you for a few mins and aren't the nicest. They even broke my tire cap, saying it was too brittle. Which is funny since I take them on and off to fill up my tires and they don't break. You turn them, you don't have to be rough with peoples custom parts. But the biggest reason I won't go back to Firestone or ever buy tires from them again is the way they disrespect your car. Driving front the parking lot to the bay, or even the bay to the front area they drive your car reckless. It's 5 or 6 feet yet they are going 4K rpm. Everyone knows you don't drive someone's else's car like that. I get my car is loud and modded but that doesn't mean you piss sh!t it. If I were you, drive the extra 20 mins to go to the one in gallatin, they are actually respectful and respectful of your vehicle, that's where I am going from now on. These issues have happened twice and I've only been there twice. Just shows what they are doing to your vehicles when you're not there.... read more

Made an appointment TWICE with this location. I showed up ten minutes before the and waited 35 minutes before I got my keys and left. My truck didn't move in that time. No one greeted me and when I decided to leave, no one tried to find out why. read more

Brought my brand new truck to get mud tires 4/19/23. Went to pick it up and they put the white letters on the inside. The guy tried to act like it was my fault. No, maybe it's your job to make sure you get all the details from the customer. So I had to come back 2 hours later. There are less than 500 miles on this brand new truck and I pick it up and they have dinged my drivers door down to the metal. Immediately acted like it wasn't their fault. This is after him also saying it was my fault that they didn't put the white letters facing out. I understand things happen but the initial reaction of a business should never be to blame the customer. I will not be back to this location even though it's close to my house. And honestly I will be going back to discount tire where they understand customer service when these wear out. read more

Excellent customer service and knowledge of classic vehicles. Thank you for the great experience and will be back soon for another alignment. read more

They replaced my tire and took good care of my car. Rick was also extremely helpful. Give bro a raise. Great job on my 335i

Don't go here unless you'd like your tires to not be put back on correctly and then to be jerked around as to when they can fix their shoddily done work. I suppose it's also my fault for thinking a tire place would be able to put new tires on. "You already paid for the work" is a great attitude to hear from their General Manager. I won't ever go back to any Firestone. read more

I go to Firestone rather than a jiffy lube because I get good service at a reasonable price. My normal Firestone was having issues due to Covid so I went to the next closest one located on Galatin Pike in Madison TN. Stay away from this place! I got hosed. They offered a coolant flush and yea I bit without asking how much. $141.96! For antifreeze? Then when I brought it up I got some bullshit response. Don't go here! You'll regret it. read more

Everyone only hears the bad.. NOT TODAY. I have become a regular customer over the years. From this day forward, Firestone is the first place I'll check with. I've only had great service, reasonable pricing. This past weekend, I had a check engine lite on. Took to advance auto. The said it was an egr valve. Daniel, from Firestone took a look and informed me it was a rotting hose. He changed the hose.(Free). Wow shocking !! The could have charged me $275.00. The caring and honesty is very, greatly appreciated. Mark Carolan Madison, Tn read more

Always fast and reliable service. Staff is kind and they helped me compare prices/recommended good shops to go through for things they didn't handle in house. Love this firestone location read more

The service is slow and they are higher on their tires, my truck tires for 2 and a alignment was going to be over $700. Went to Good Year on Murphreesboro road they did the work in 2 hours and cost me $500. Install a Kelly tire Vers a Firestone also only a 17" tire not some odd big truck size stander size. read more

Man this place saved the day today. I hit a pothole on Ellington, and I was trying to get the run flat to make it to the discount tire. I drove by this place and stopped and the whole experience was a 10. Apparently the regional or national president or something happened to be in the store today. He personally helped me get taken care of. They even sent someone to another store to get my tire. I was was back on the road in no time and my tire is not something stores normally have in stock. Super impressed, will go back. read more

This firestone rocks! Choose this location over the east nashville location. After the east nashville location held my car for almost 4 hours for a scheduled oil change but did not do the change, I drove down to this location! They scheduled me first thing the next morning and had me in and out in less than 45 minutes! Hands down best firestone read more

Went in on Dec 27th for 4 new tires and oil change spent $770. Headed to gatlinburg and on the way , truck started smoking . Found out that they failed to put the oil filler cap on . Oil was blowing all over the engine . Truck was driving really rough and shaking in the steering wheel. Took the truck back 3 addl times and now i was told I that my rim was bent. Interesting that after 2 brand new sets of tires, 2 tire rotations and an alignment that I now have a bent wheel???? Also they did a full inspection and didn't fill any of the fluids and forget to close the hood. Found this out driving down the interstate and tried to clean my windshield but no fluid So from Dec 27th to Feb 13th, my truck still rides like crap. I should have gone to the Ford dealership , paid a little more and would have had the job done right the first time I thought Firestones were tire experts. Don't make the same mistake I did read more

We are from Cincinnati in Nashville for the holiday weekend. We hit a truck tread on the freeway. And woke up the next day with a flat tire. I found Firestone on Yelp and everyone there was very helpful and polite. Not to mention serviced us right away. Great service!!!!! read more

After numerous stops at Auto Parts stores and retesting at Marta because my OBD port didn't have power, these guys came to my rescue. Took my '97 ranger in to have brake lines fixed. They lied to me and told me I needed to rebuild the entire brake system and have all 4 new brakes and were going to charge me $1800. Terrible customer service. Will never go back. I dropped in on a weekend for an oil change and they said they didn't have any time to do it--to come back Monday or Tuesday. No big deal. I went online and made an appointment for Tuesday morning. I received an online appointment confirmation, but when I arrived for the oil change they said the online scheduler doesn't work. You have to call -- and now they can't fit me in until next week. The attitude was, "You should have known better." I will know better next time, and I'll take my business somewhere else. read more

Everyone here is so knowledgeable and polite!! I went in for 2 new tires, and they checked my entire vehicle. They found other repairs but did not pressure me to do all of it. The sales rep and the mechanic talked with me about what was critical to fit in my budget. They also kept me updated on time changes and worked efficiently to make it quick despite adding two unexpected repairs. They used a photo diagram of my tires to explain my alignment issue without talking down to me as a woman who knows little about cars. I had my dog with me and they were SO dog friendly! They gave her tons of love and attention and had no problems letting her wait inside with me. I would go back here in a heartbeat. read more

I bought the lifetime alignment. I came in for my second alignment at 1pm and have been told that they probably can't get to it until 6pm, but I can wait in the waiting area. I decided to wait for a bit to see if they could get to it. It is now 3:20pm and the entire crew is standing around the reception desk talking and checking their phones while my car still hasn't been touched. I realize my time isn't at all valuable to them, nor do they mind if I spend my entire day in limbo. I have learned my lesson about EVER doing business with Firestone again in my lifetime. read more

@bridgestone I would hire the service representative in my own business in a heartbeat. He treated me as if I was an honored guest when I walked through the door as opposed to another idiot joining the choir of people walking in the day before Thanksgiving to get something done they should've done weeks ago. He made me feel like I was the only guest in the entire shop. Every step of the way, he came over to me, updated and advised. He saved me money and assured me I'd get out of town in time for my Thanksgiving plans. When we were done, the service tech from the garage came out and highlighted some things and thanked me. It was like you guys were filming a commercial or something while I was there. SO IMPRESSED. I think the advisor's name was Zack or something like that. He was wearing glasses, slim build and a sock hat. He complimented my truck and said, "I wish I had a truck like that." Firestone corporate needs to get this guy a Dodge Ram 1500 ;) read more

Had an occasion where I had to come to Firestone because my battery would not hold a charge. I had bought the battery from Firestone, and it was still under warranty. Also wanted them to check and see why me "check engine" light was on. I dropped my car off at about 9am hoping to hear something soon. No phone call came that day. Then came the second day, and there was still no phone call. That's two days and have not heard a word from Firestone. Right before closing on the second day, I got a ride to Firestone to inquire about my vehicle. While talking to the gentleman at the service desk, the mechanic walked by and said that my vehicle had an electrical problem that hey would not be able to find. Then had the audacity to tell me that no would work on my car because of the age, not even the dealership (It's a 93). He suggested an auto electrical place. Now I must get a ride to pick up my car from Firestone, take it to the auto electrical shop, get a ride from there, then get a ride back the next day. After all that, and well over $300 hundred dollars later, the only thing that was wrong with my car...was the battery. I told them in the beginning that it was the battery. It was also the reason why my check engine light was on. The voltage the battery was putting out was so low that it was affecting the vehicle's computer causing the check engine light to come on. They would have known that had they checked. The mechanic basically admitted that he did not do anything. Listening to his talk it was clear that he took one look at my car and made a decision as to the problem without checking anything. As for the comment he made about the dealership...wrong again! Usually, Firestone does great work and do me right, but on this occasion, they kept my car for two days and did nothing but offer a bunch of double talk at the end. They cost me a lot of time, and a lot of money. All I needed was a battery (plain and simple) and Firestone failed me! read more

It's 2pm and they said they had 8 cars in front of me so they couldn't change my oil today. That's 3 hours if they can't change 8 cars in 3 hours maybe they should hire employees who are a little faster at what they do. Didn't ask if I wanted to come in tomorrow or anything. They just said no and left back to the shop read more

Went in for a tire repair Sunday, they worked on it, $32 plus dollar for the repair, I got home and it was flat again. Pumped it up again, took it back and they had damaged the bead and the tire would not seal on the rim. Since I had ordered the tires online they could not match the time. They offered a new Bridgestone tire but I would have had to buy a second to match the tires on the axle so I purchased the tire, had it shipped directly to them. They did reimburse me. Tire arrived Wednesday, I was without a car for 3 days, they put it on and rotated the tires at my request. When I arrived to pick up the car the wheel was damaged, scraped on the lip and face 1.5 inches onto the facing of the rim and another wheel had a mismatched lug nut protruding 1/3" beyond the wheel lug whole. It looked like the lug was not tightened down so I had them torque the lugs in front of me and complained to the somewhat disconcerned staff. I realize "stuff" happens, the tire was not a big deal, I did not ask for a rental car nor anything other than the tire replaced and competent service. 1 out of 2, the tire, but now it needs a $200 rim and a factory lug nut. When I spoke to the guy upfront before I left and showed him the damage I did not even get an apology; I did from the manager but not from anyone Wednesday night when I picked up the car. If you have a beater crap car you care nothing about this is your place but if you are like me, with a 1 year old car or a car you care about preserving, stay away. The manager is nice and easy to work with but the shop work, on this anyway, is way below acceptable. Stay away, they will damage your vehicle. This is not the first time I have had incompetent work from this location and not the first time they have damaged one of my wheels but it is the first time of this magnitude. I have learned my lesson now, Firestone is not the place for competent repairs. read more
