The couple in front of me were greeted and served. I stood for 10 minutes without contact. 2 employees were helping other customers. Lance was giving prices on a phone call. A guy in a black shirt was typing away on the keyboard at another desk. And there I stood. After 10 minutes, I turned to the man behind me and said, "You're next." And I left. Once again, ignored. I'm beginning to think there is a portal that makes me invisible when I enter the building. I'll head back to Gallatin when I have a spare minute and get super service. They picked up all of the needed parts for me and called me at each shop to OK the prices, dropped my tire off at their vetted shop (after they stood in the cold searching for leaks for over an hour the night before), and put it all together in one single day.
