On top of everything else they were going to charge me to remove locking wheel covers. Everything with this place is going to cost extra. Last time here for me. At least they will put new wheel covers on for me. (Something a 6 year old could do.) Now they are telling they don't have the personnel to go get the tires or someone to deliver them to shop. I will never come back to Goodyear again.

Just care about packing people in and getting money not actually giving a s*** about time management or how your paying customers are spending time and money there.
