On Friday morning I called Jonathan and he was able to squeeze me in to get my couches steam cleaned. I didn't tell him beforehand but the day before my 2 year old marked up my walls and couches with a SHARPIE. It was a nightmare, I spent 5 hours with a wet rag and Oxyclean and kind of got some of it out but my couches became discolored with water marks. I originally booked another company the day before but didn't feel 100% confident so I looked on Yelp and found Titan Steam Cleaning, I looked at his before and after photo of couches he's worked on, looked at his reviews (the filtered ones at the bottom too) and felt confident that he could fix my discoloration issue and hoped that he could get more of the Sharpie marks out but wouldn't be surprised if it didn't come off cos that stuff is strong. Jonathan took a little over two hours to complete the job and it was like magic. My couches were back to normal, i was so so happy i kept walking by to look at my couches. He took his time and was informative about what to use next time instead of Oxyclean and his steam clean process. The photos of the discoloration doesn't look too bad but in person it was very noticeable. His results exceeded my expectations and we are beyond happy we found Jonathan at Titan Steam Cleaning and will refer him to all of our friends and family. read more

He wasn't the cheapest quote I got to steam clean my travertine floors, but he was the only one who mentioned sealing the floors, which is important with travertine, so it showed me he knew what he was doing.
