The company also offers general construction services, and Frank offered a bid to patch an exterior stucco wall that our plumber had to get into. Based on our positive experience with the concurrent moisture mitigation work, we decided to contract with Frank on the patching project, too. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Frank and his team again. I highly recommend Save The Day Restoration!

Nathan is a pleasure to work with - he is professional, communication was a breeze and he is always responsive and never leaves out important details. As I am sure most people get really upset finding out there could be black mold in their (newly remodeled) home. Nathan was very patient with my millions of questions, and also at handling my tenant who was very worried and angry. It took a little longer than expected but understandable with all the rain. Global warming, and the larger volumes of rain coming down all at once create standing water or water that can seep into cracks near properties..... going to make a lot more work for C3. I had called a bunch of other companies and they were a total nightmare to deal with and their estimates were 6x what Nathan charged. Not only were they horrible companies but they lied to my tenant when they gave the estimate which sent her into a tailspin. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and fair, and got the job done within a week or two of my initial phone call. Also I read the fine print t in the contract so I knew that they don't repair damages caused by tape on walls floor etc. my apartment has painted floors so I sort of expected tape would pull up paint. This company definitely made a bad situation better.

They didn't have to help me at all but they did. They even referred me to a reliable plumber -- and if it weren't for that referral, I'd probably still be sleeping with a leak in my ceiling.
