They were able to assess the damage to the tile and laminate floors, bring in a licensed electrician to assess the water sitting in raceways under floor outlets, check for mold and do damage control throughout the lobby, laundry and community room. C3 connected our association with another team of excellent sub contractors; electricians, cement technicians, flooring experts and cabinetry installers. Nathan's ability to work with our insurance adjuster every step of the way ensured that our extensive claims were covered and paid quickly. His billing system matches up with today's insurance standards. This was invaluable to the HOA and residents. They were considerate of our concerns, and also managed a slew of contractors for a complicated job that not only included water damage restoration but also demolition, reconstruction, and installation of a new HVAC system and tankless water heater. On another occasion, I called Ilan and Angela when our home flooded due to a clogged toilet, and they responded quickly, even late at night. They promptly brought wet vacuums, dehumidifiers, and disinfectant to dry out the hardwood floors - which undoubtedly saved us from doing more restoration work by limiting the scope of the damage. When I requested a receipt to use for a SoCal gas Rebate a half year after the water heater project concluded (I know, I'm a procrastinator) - Angela combed through their records and pulled it up for me.
