I was not impressed with how the inspection was conducted nor with the inspector, so I called HVR and they came out the same day - took pictures and used technology to measure the moisture level without an inspection fee. They answered any and all questions I had. I had the report of the findings, scope of work, and estimate the next day. I was so impressed with HVR that I emailed them that I accepted their quote.
