I can't say enough good things about Mountain View Tire & Auto Service at 6750 San Fernando Rd. in…read moreGlendale. I'm lucky enough to live within walking distance, and every time I come in, I feel like family. Razmik, the store manager, is so kind and genuinely cares about each customer. The mechanics are just as empathetic and always willing to help. I've also used them for battery replacements and oil changes, and their prices have always been very reasonable. Recently, I had to rush over because my tire pressure light came on as I was about to leave for work. They accepted me right away, checked my tire, and filled it with air--all within minutes. Thanks to their speedy service, I could get to work on time with total peace of mind. The shop itself is spotless--both the service bays where the cars are worked on and the air-conditioned waiting areas are always extremely clean and comfortable. If you're looking for trustworthy, caring people who go above and beyond, I highly recommend Mountain View Tire & Auto Service!

Came here to replace a tire puncture that was covered under the manufacturer warranty and they said…read morethey weren't willing to go through the process. I had already reached out to the manufacturer (Continental Tire) and done the ground work but they refused to help - saying they weren't willing to make a phone call. I've purchased and installed full sets of tires on both of my cars here in the past two years but I guess I'll be looking elsewhere next time I'm in need. Any old shop can install new tires but if they're not going to be willing to help fulfill manufacturer warranties in a time of need then I'd rather put my energy into a business that takes care of their customers.

He kept in communication with me throughout the process and made sure I was never without transportation while it was being worked on. I can't say enough about him and all the guys at Advanced Auto. They truly are the most honest, hard-working and fair shop I've ever worked with. Truly went above and beyond to make sure my a/c and electric was working like new. It's been a year since I was there and I realized I hadn't reviewed yet but as I'm sitting in my car with the a/c blasting ice cold during this insane heatwave I had to do it right now. I send anyone with car issues their way with total confidence.

I really appreciated how easy the whole process was from the start. When I was ready to schedule the work, they were very accommodating and got me in quickly. Most importantly, the car is running great. It can be difficult finding a shop you feel comfortable bringing a BMW to without paying dealership prices. I'm really happy I found M Tech and will definitely bring my car back when it needs service again. Highly recommended!

Brought my lifted Duramax into Glendale Lube Center for an oil change and fuel filter replacement…read moreand immediately realized my truck was probably the smallest ego in the parking lot. Most shops see this thing pull up and suddenly everybody disappears to 'lunch,' but not here. Maria and Cesar handled it like absolute veterans. Maria was at the front desk looking so good I almost forgot why I came in there in the first place. Customer service was flawless she had the whole place running smoother than my truck after the service. Meanwhile Cesar looked like the final boss of diesel mechanics. Dude walked up to the truck like he'd wrestled lifted suspensions in hand-to-hand combat before breakfast. I'm pretty sure at one point they needed FAA clearance to work underneath my truck, but somehow they got the oil change and fuel filter done fast, clean, and without launching a socket into orbit. Truck came back running perfect, no leaks, no problems, and no 'check engine light surprise package' two miles later. Honestly Glendale Lube Center feels less like a lube shop and more like a Fast & Furious side quest. Great people, great vibes, and solid work. Maria and Cesar definitely made the experience legendary.
