My family are coming from out of town and needed to get a copy of our registration. We went on a weekday morning: no lines or appts, and we were in and out with the paperwork we needed. Thank you for the speedy service! read more

My wife and I came to Tisdale's with a particularly persnickety issue. We had done a refi., and the released title had come to us in error. Plus I was being added to the title... and the complexities grew from there. I want to give a shout-out to Belinda and Beatrice. These two ladies hung in there with us through several back-and-forths with our new lender. Their service was phenomenal! They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Beatrice even got on the phone while home sick to assist. I highly recommend these services. Cheers! read more

I am a new resident to Texas, Service was great, fast and super easy. Will keep going back.

Jennifer is so efficient and helped us so much! Highly recommend!! Thank you again Jennifer!!

I love going to Tisdale. Maggie is always great. I have never had an issue with Tisdale. So much better than going to the DMV. Easy in and out. It is no different than going to a convenience store. You are paying for the CONVENIENCE. read more

My CA tags expired so I went here to get my TX tags. No waiting, quick service. They do charge a $25 service fee. For convenience and no hassle I don't mind paying that. Not much communication from the lady doing my paperwork, but oh well. Like the other reviews, I think they could be a little friendlier. I was in and out quickly and didn't pay an arm and a leg for it. Good enough for me! read more

do not go here. they will steal your money. ho to the tax assessor instead. when asked about the extra fees they charge they lie!!!

In and out within 15 minutes. $15 convenience fee but worth it.. instead of going to tax assessors office and waiting. Typically get sticker at H‑E‑B but with COVID past month to renew and H‑E‑B can only do 5days into due month. read more

They didn't make with the s all talk and were quick to get me in and out of there. Some people may want to hang out and let the line grow behind them but thank God these women respect your (and everyone else's) time. read more

Maggie at Tisdale was incredibly professional, helpful, and thorough! I had to update 2 titles and while I had most of the paperwork completed I had a few errors. She completed all new forms and all with a smile. Thanks Maggie! read more

The lady that helped us named Maggie Garcia was racist to my wife, she didn't want to help us and when we finished paying she threw my wife's debit card and license back at her. My wife and I aren't ever coming back here. read more

I have been going here for many years. Fast service, not a lot of chit-chat with these gals, but the service is good. They are knowledgeable and business-like, I'm ok with that. read more

Pleasant people but you definitely have to wait (not too long, I went on a Tuesday in the afternoon and waited maybe 15 minutes). You pay extra for the convenience. The employee was nice too. read more

I recently moved here from another state and needed to get my car registered. I found the service to be marginal at best. All the services I requested were completed in a timely manner; however, the clerk, Barbara Reyes, was not personable or friendly. The customer service was definitely lacking; It was not a positive experience. I came to this establishment because it's close to where I live. However, I will definitely think twice about coming here again. I recommend going somewhere else for your vehicle registration needs. read more

Great service. Knowledgeable and nice ladies. Short wait. Easy breezy. In n out 30 minutes and I was registering 3 cars.

I'm not one that usually sits down to write reviews, but after the excellent service I received today from Tisdale Auto Title Service, I simply must make an exception. Auto registration and plates is not an exciting task, but a necessary one. What a seamless and easy transaction with them! I was treated to a very pleasant and professional lady with my phone inquiry and given precise and accurate information. My husband went to their office for the completion of what we needed, and was also met with the same positive experience. Not sure what it says for our customer service in today's society, to be so shocked about professional and courteous service...but for your vehicle title and registration needs, we highly recommend the folks at Tisdale! read more

Went to this place to title our car from out of state a year ago. Now a year later after we didn't receive a renewal notice for the vehicle and contacting the dmv we were told that the vehicle wasn't on the system? So we recently went back to Tisdales to see what the issue was. Apparently from what the woman told us the problem was that they had entered the VIN number (last letter was a 9 and they had entered a 1) in to the system wrongly? So I asked the woman how could this have happened and what penalties or other was being charged for THEIR MISTAKE. She said that there wasn't any and she would take responsibility for it....this was a lie! we ended up paying a $31 dollar penalty on top of the registration fee. This same situation happened to my father when he was titling his out of state vehicle in which they entered the VIN in the system wrong. I believe this us a scam on their part to collect additional money from the customer. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! BEWARE OF THIS CROOKED OPERATION. read more
