Before coming to this location, I would regularly change my oil myself. Decided to stop by one day…read morejust to see how they'd do on my vehicle. I think I'll get my oil changed here from now on. I came in on a weekend, so all three lines were full. However, the line moved at a reasonable pace and I wasn't waiting for too long. I was helped by Eddie, whom was very friendly and swift to write down my vehicles mileage and scan the door jamb sticker. I also specifically requested 5w-30 and Eddie made sure that I got what I requested. The service techs were also exceptional, they are great at communicating with each other and I was also shown the oil level on my dipstick before they were done with the oil change. Recently I took my vehicle in to get my ac serviced. Again, I was very swiftly helped, this time by a gentleman named Vic. I had a nice chat with him and since we both own Mitsubishis, he was very familiar with my car and it's needs. This location has great management, both times I've gone I've had great experiences. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely return!

I wanted to give this location a try because of its rating and brand reputation…read more My first experience was fairly pleasant, I was in and out in about 30-40 mins. I came back a few months later, got in line, told them the oil I needed, waited about 20 mins in line, then got pulled into the bay. Shortly after they told me they didn't have the oil I needed, okay cool no problem wish they would've told me from the start. A Few months later to today same scenario, same process, I tell them the oil I require while in line and wait. Out of due diligence I turn my vehicles off before oil changes to let the oil cool for the techs. I waited in 90+ weather for 40 mins in line while people who arrived after me are tended to, I wasn't mad or frustrated just something I noticed. Finally I get pulled into a bay and ask the tech if she's able to pull the last oil change I got and see what oil I used just to verify and she gives me the factory recommended oil which is not what I have ever used. I get a little frustrated as it seems she isn't too experienced to pull said history, no worries. I reiterate the oil I need to her and she complies to my request. I waited around another 10 minutes for her to come back and tell me they don't have the oil my vehicle requires. To this point I'm a little aggravated as I don't have much time in the day and I had just got off work. They had a handful of employees standing around and not one of them could give me the common courtesy to check and see if the oil I requested was available. After this experience here I was left with a terrible service experience and a new found perspective towards the valvoline brand and their customer service. This was my last chance with this location and valvoline, which is a bummer because it's the closest one to me and my work when I need a quick oil change. I'll stick to my indie shops and dealership from now on, even though it's more time consuming I will at least know that I'm being taken care of by Professionals who Value their Customers.

The team here is outstanding--extremely polite, highly knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. Many of them have been working there for a long time, which is rare to see these days and immediately gave me confidence in their work. They performed a very thorough job and provided excellent advice on what maintenance I should (and shouldn't) do on my vehicle going forward. The price was very reasonable, and I was especially impressed that they proactively checked the front-end alignment on my truck without me even asking. That kind of attention to detail is something you don't see everywhere. My only small question was their brake pad rating--they estimated my front pads at 8 out of 11 without pulling the wheels, so I'm not entirely sure how they made that assessment. That said, it was a very minor point and didn't detract from the overall experience. Ryan Anders in particular did a great job and made the visit smooth and stress-free. I was extremely satisfied and will definitely be returning to this location for all my future service needs. Highly recommend!
