I got a flat tire, went to the nearest well known tire chain I could find, got totally up sold and taken advantage of within minutes of arrival, went to Yelp to find better alternatives, found these guys, problem solved! Every part of the transaction with Tires2Go was excellent. Of course one is never happy to HAVE to shop for new tires, but they made it as pleasant as could be. First of all, called an hour before closing and they told me to come on in. Then to make matters better, they quoted me prices far below what the other guys wanted to charge and that was including one of those fancy warranties that covers everything. Just bought my second set of tires from Tires2Go in Mesa which Kevin tracked down and ordered in for me. My main reason for dealing with them is their customer service which is always outstanding! I take advantage of their free balance/rotation service and have never waited more than forty-five minutes or so without an appointment. They are fast and do the job right, never a problem with balance etc. Their tire prices are excellent and that combined with the service puts them at the very top of the ratings list! I was completely wowed by my experience at Tires2Go. The customer service even over the phone was A+. They never felt rushed or rude in any way and answered all my silly questions. The pricing was competitive with the "big guys" but the experience here is 10 times better. When I came in for my appointment I was waiting in line behind 1 other person currently at the register. In the few minutes I waited I was asked by 2 different employees with a smile on their face if they could help me (I was waiting specifically for the employee at the counter so I declined the offers). They had me in and out for 4 new tires in under 20 minutes! I don't think I've EVER had a visit to the "big guys" that fast and DEFINITELY never so pleasant. I had been doing research and knew the exact tire I wanted for my truck. I stopped in several other tire dealers and was given a higher cost, or treated like I didnt know what I was talking about. I looked around and found these guys on craigslist. I called and was treated very well on the phone. I stopped in without an appointment. To my surprise I was told that they could do the install right then and there and would only take about half hour. 35 minutes later I am driving away on my new tires and could not be happier. 150.00 less than other chain and local tire shops.
