I brought a single tire to be repaired on Thursday October 24, 2024. I was told they were busy but they should have it ready in a couple of hours. Three hours later the same gentleman looked out where he told me to put the tire and by his reaction I knew he forgot about it. No apology, just stated "I guess it's not done yet". I have purchased tires for years from Tire Rama but most of the time from the other store on 93S. The manager there always treats me right but I was in a hurry to get to an appointment and didn't have time to run down there. Took it down the street to Les Schwab who fixed it in under 20 minutes at no charge. I won't be going to this store for any future tire needs. read more

Brought my vehicle in to schedule a service, was told first come first serve. Came back in the next morning to be the first in line and was told it would be 2 to 3 days before I could get my tires done. No customer service, no reliability, and employees that lie. read more

Poor tire service! As 20 yr. customer I will NEVER do business from this dealer again. They are now offering substandard service on tire purchases. I had an appointment this morning made 2-d ago and was led to believe at the time of my appointment that they would take me in at 8:45am at the appointment time. When I arrived at the specified time, was told to leave my vehicle and it would be processed later in the day. I live out-of-town, have only 1 vehicle, and cannot sit there all day at their business. While Tire-Arma has a multitude of service bays was advised that they had only one employee doing tire switchovers. My tires are on rims, and now I at 75 yrs. old will mount them at home, and be it know that I will NEVER do business w/this outfit-- their tire service is NOT worthwhile. They sell you the tires and then make it tough to get any timely service. read more

If I lived in Kalispell or anywhere , I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. We were traveling back from Jasper and through Glacier National Park in our small RV and got a brake warning light twice. It was scary and we wanted to be certain everything was okay. Tire Rama came to our rescue, squeezed us in, took a look, changed the brake fluid and sent us on our way -- no charge!! OK, this is a revised review. First, the good at this location: Dwaine is one service manager who is very good and honest, and will admit if they made a mistake. They made it right by paying for a badly worn tire when they did an alignment wrong. Second, the overall service level is outstanding here. The bad - I found one of their service managers untrustworthy, recommending brake work that turned out, didn't need to be done.... pads had well over 0.300" of material left, among other perceived deceptions. So not sure if I'd recommend them or not. Definitely buyer beware here, unless dealing with Dwaine as your service manager. Absolute lowdown dirty crooks. Went in for shaking-while-braking issue. Tire-Rama (specifically "Will") claimed that I needed lower ball joints replaced, and that I also needed front brakes - not just pads, but also rotors and calipers, for another $610-ish total parts and labor just for the front brakes (Will claimed that he rarely if ever has seen the pins come out of the calipers without breaking on this make and model, even though the calipers themselves were likely good ....but I should replace due to the fact that you can't just buy the pins that break, allegedly). So I had them replace the lower ball joints for $624, which I now have no way of knowing whether this was really needed (or reasonable price?), in light of below, but maybe - maybe not; they said the whole wheel could fall off at any minute on one side (possible). However, a friend and I did the brakes ourselves later that day, and we found: (1) The rotors were plenty thick, and smooth as a piece of glass (maybe 2 or 3 thousands of a "dip" in them, tops), (2) the caliper pins came out EASILY, and (3) the pads weren't anywhere NEAR needing replacing - they measured right about 0.320" thickness .... they don't need replacing until maybe 0.125" or so. So they're 3 for 3 on baldfaced lies on the brake issue. Criminal fraudsters - STAY AWAY! read more
