I was able to drop it off on the weekend and Monday afternoon, Tyler called me with a quote telling me exactly what was wrong and what needed to get done. Now, my car is 20 years old. He didn't go on about other things that "could be" done to my car. He focused on what I brought my car in for. He said it would take a couple of days to fix. The next day I got a call that my car was ready. When I picked it up, the total was less than the estimate and my car feels like it drives better. They gave a 2 year warranty on the work and a phone number to call if I am traveling and have any issues. Afterwards, I received a text showing pictures of the issue on my car and work. Thank you!

Yesterday, I called Will's Auto Repair seeking a mechanic to look at my 2010 Chevy Equinox, as I…read morewas told by another out-of-town mechanic that it had a bad timing chain. After calling Will's shop and speaking with Riley, she offered for me to bring it in the following morning to run some diagnostics and provide me with an estimate. I brought the vehicle in early that morning, and by the afternoon, I received a call from Will with the results. Unfortunately, the cost of the repair exceeded the value of the vehicle, as it had 200k miles on it, so I am electing to purchase another vehicle. Will was kind enough to email me a detailed itemization of the repair expenses. It was obvious he had put a lot of time into the evaluation and repair estimate, which he did not charge me for. Although I did not utilize his repair services, I can advocate for his professionalism, transparency, and honest business practices. Another important item to note is that I had called about 5 other repair shops around Kalispell and Bigfork, and his shop was the only one that had the equipment and skill set to do the job, besides taking it to the dealership. So if you are looking for a local vehicle repair and service station with impeccable customer service, I would encourage you to give them a call. Thank you, Will and Riley, for the great care and service today! I sincerely appreciate your time and effort.
