Walked in to get a brake inspection, and everything went so smoothly. Everyone was so friendly and nice. The waiting room and bathroom was clean and organized. They even have free coffee and magazines to read! The whole process took less than 30 minutes. I couldn't recommend them more! read more

They are cheaper than the dealerships on work and do not suggest things that are not needed. They do good work in a timely manner. I wish they were open on Saturdays. read more

Just dropped off a flat after switching from Discount Tires a few months ago when they could not figure out how to install the snow tires I bought from them earlier this year. What a difference. M & C actually answers their phones and got the job done quickly and at a reasonable price. So happy that I switched to them. read more

I can't recall how many times I've been in for one bit of service work or another -- been at least twice to have the pressure sensor replaced in tires after getting a bit too "creative" with my Jeep -- but they've always taken good care of me and my vehicles. Good people. Good service. Definitely recommended. read more

I have to ditto the other positive reviews here. 1st the phone etiquette: I called twice and both times they were kind, not rushed, and listened. They got me in the next day even though they were slammed. They opened when they said they would and were very efficient. They had my paperwork ready and were highly organized. read more

Great customer service Was quite pleased with their techs. Very thorough they finished up my project but they were not happy with it so they re did my repair again I would certainly recommend them to a friend read more

Needed to replace our dual axle travel trailer tires (OEM TRAILER KING RSTs) with GOODYEAR ENDURANCE trailer tires. One company did not have appts until a week after we left Kalispell. M & C Tires came through and had 4 GY Endurance Trailer tires to sell. Without an appt. I had the 4 tires mounted on the trailer in 2 hours by their hard working tire techs. I wanted 5 tires (1 spare) so they special ordered the 5th tire overnight for me for the spare and I was good to go. Kudos to M & C Tires. Choose them first when looking for tires and good service if you are in the Kalispell area. read more

Locally owned, not a big box & service is the best! Clean waiting area, bathroom- coffee-tea-reading & comfortable seating. I did read the reviews, sorry to hear some unhappy, more surprising because they never made me feel as I'm paying extra for the best customer service! If anyone is looking for Costco pricing, go to Costco, big box stores, what you see is what you get! read more

Best service, reasonable prices and good brands. We were in and out in 60 minutes on a busy day in their shop. That meant we could resume our Glacier national park trip read more

M & C Tire - Tires Near Me - Kalispell, Montana

My whole family takes our vehicles here. Anything they are willing to do we have done here because we trust them so much and feel that they genuinely take better care of our cars. I have some performance cars and they sat there and got a book out n did the math on different tires to figure tire heights and other relative info I was looking for, it's the little things like that. read more

We are from Southern California and my Tundra lost its brakes pulling a travel trailer. Even though they were super busy, he still got my truck fixed when he said he would. He diagnosed my problem as being a broken brake line and did not over charge me by making me replace the master cylinder for and brake pads. Very honest shop, highly recommend. read more

They can't keep good alignment people my tires are wearing on the opposite side now took it in there several times and it's getting worse. I will never go in there again read more

These guys are awesome. I needed a specific tire size and my other shop in Columbia Falls that is close to me didn't have anything. That was GCR. They recommended M&C Tire and they had what I needed. Awesome service. Great people and competitive prices. I was also in and out in an hour. Its so nice to have a local tire shop you can count on. read more

The guys are all great and very helpful. We needed a tire after my inept friend blew it off roading. They were able to get a hard to find tire in under 24 hours. Highly recommend. read more

ALWAYS FRIENDLY! They put my winter tires on for far less then the competition and even though they were busy got my car right in! Thank you M&C! read more

I had gone to another shop to get my snow tires swapped on like usual in October. Usual place told me tire guy was out hunting all week. So I waited 2.5 hours somewhere else that could take me only to be told I had a broken wheel mount/stud and the shop I was at doesn't do that kind of work (drilling out the old the broken stud and installing a new one). I called all over the valley and while 2 places said they could fix it-- mid December was the soonest I called M&C Tires and explained my dilemma. they told me they'd work me in about 1.5 weeks later. I showed up early having to wait as it's my only transport and I was happy to wait. They got it all done in about 2 hours and they had a bunch of vehicles waiting. Steve & Cody were very kind and helpful. I will always use and recommend them from now on! read more

Bottom line up front: fastest and most affordable tire shop with excellent service for the work I needed Of all the tire shops in the valley, M&C was the only shop that could get me the tire I needed in just two days (they were actually recommended by an employee from a bigger tire shop). When the tire came in, the work was extremely fast and well done- in and out in 20 minutes. They also had the the lowest price of everyone I called with no additional hidden fees. I also overheard an employee call every distributor, dealer, and tire shop in the northwest to try and meet another customer's need looking for a rare tire. This will be my first stop shop for all tire work in the future. read more

We are not from the area but spend some time in the Flathead Valley each year seeing family. When we come out we seem to have tires issues. We also have a car that has tires that are not stocked at many shops. 2 years ago M & C took care of us by ordering a new tire overnight when we hit some debris and a side wall failed on one of our tires. This year we had a very slow leak so I decided to stop in to see if they could do a quick patch on it. I could tell they were busy but they got it in and took care of it in less than an hour which was fine with me as I had some work to do. When it came time to pay the bill they asked if I had gotten the tires there and I said "No, only the one tire 2 years ago."The guy helping me said, "Sounds good, you're good to go." I explained it was likely not the tire they patched and he said "I think it might have been." I know it was only a patch and likely a $15-20 charge but shops aren't cheap to run and long-term customer service-focused thinking is not what it used to be, but M&C seems to have something great going! I have now recommended all my family in the area go to this shop for work. Thanks for your help and keep it up! read more

Brought my truck to M and C tire for a winter tire swap and they said one tire had a nail in the sidewall, and could not be patched. They wanted to sell me 4 tires. They said all tires had to be the same brand. LIARS!! The nail was not in the sidewall!!! It was in the tread.. Thieves is a better description. They should not have picked on an ASE certified mechanic. read more

Amazing service from the counter to the techs to the family that owns m and c. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Always polite and very helpful. Much appreciated. My 'go to' for all my tire needs. Love their honesty, even if its something i don't want to hear. Not just out to make a quick buck, they actually care. Very professional. read more

Won't use this place again. They put the WRONG parts on my vehicle, and it was so bad I couldn't drive it. Had to end up fixing it myself. Also had an alignment done. Was WORSE after than before. Over $800 LOST. read more

These folks are GREAT...especially Dustin!!! Wife and I were driving in Glacier National Park on the east side (St. Mary) and had a small rock cut into our tire on our Ford F250. Not a normal tire. No help in Browning. Closest Ford dealership (in Kalispell) recommended M&C Tire. We called and were very surprised they had our tire. Made the 2 1/2 hour trek to there with great trepidation...being from the Houston, TX area and not knowing what to expect when we got there. To our great satisfaction Dustin, the same young man that verified he had the tire we needed when we called, was there at the counter and immediately took our truck into the bay and replaced the tire himself. We watched through the window as he quite professionally took each step. We were in and out in less than an hour and have the greatest since of relief that we made the right decision for our 2,000+ mile journey home. Think about it, Justin and the folks at M&C treated us like repeat customers knowing that we will NEVER be back. That tells you everything you need to know about these fine folks. My hats off to great management and upbringing! THANK YOU! read more

Did a lot of research looking for some 245 75 17's for my truck. M & C has the best quote I could find. Tara at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. I showed up the following morning and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Very happy with this business and would definitely recommend. Thank you. read more

We blew a tire on our car that was not a commonly carried brand. After checking all of the options in the area, M and C Tire was able to get us the tire next day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this business. read more

This is the first Yelp review I've written in years (maybe ever. Can't remember.) M&C Tire has been my go-to tire shop for the last few years --- their work is too good not to comment on. Their knowledge, help and professionalism makes it clear that integrity is something they value more than money. It's never fun to buy tires, but there's no one else I'd rather give my money to. read more

Tried to give this local company business versus going to a big box store. They were $150 higher on price for a set of 4 tires and said their "amazing service" validated this. Oh, and that in Canada I could get warranty work done. Well, I'm not from Canada thank you very much. They were unwilling to simply match the price on the exact same product the box store had. Either business must be great or you are not a very smart businessman. Either way, customer lost. read more

Great service! I am on vacation looking for property here in Montana and I picked up 8 screws over 3 of my tires while driving on to these rural properties. These guys repaired the 2 tires that were salvageable, and got me a new tire all within an hour of dropping the car off. Every other place I called wanted 2-3 days to locate the tire that needed to be replaced. I highly recommend this place. read more

Steve and his crew are fantastic!! I've bought low profile run flats and winter studless for SUV. Both times the service was awesome all the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Came in to have my set of new tires installed before an alignment next door. Very helpful staff and amazingly quick service. As a bonus, they remembered to make sure my directional tires were installed properly! Will be coming back! read more

My husband and I recently were in the Glacier National Park area on a cross country road trip when we got a flat tire and, unfortunately, needed a specialty replacement. We stopped at the local Ford dealer and they weren't going to be able to get in our tire for 2 days. We got a tip to call these guys and they were wonderful! They were able to have a tire overnighted for a very reasonable fee and we were in, out, and back to exploring beautiful nw Montana by 10 am the next morning. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful and the price was great. Thank you! read more

Great business and took their time explaining tire options prices and designs. They were also priced lower than the 3 other tire shops I contacted. I ordered a set of custom wheels and tires which arrived 3 days earlier than expected. I will definitely use M&C Tire for all of my tire purchases and needs. read more

Exceptional customer service! My wife and I were returning to AZ and had a sidewalk blowout on our subby... There was a bunch of rigamarole with me ordering my tire and having it delivered (from a different company). After explaining our situation and arriving Dustin promptly took care of us. They had our tire switched out in about 20min. They also cleaned our spare and put it back and checked the rest of the tires and we were on our way. The cost was very reasonable as well. We aren't locals, but they sure did treat us like we were. I highly, highly recommend this company!!! Thank you for the awesome service! read more

Got 28k miles on the tires they put on......warranty no good unless you are rotating every 5k....sorry they say....done doing business there

I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for good customer service. I called ahead and let them know that I had tires I needed mounted. I was told to come in as it is a "first come, first served" establishment. So I arrive the next day right after they open and the parking lot is full. I figured I'd need to wait or perhaps drop off my tires/wheels and pick them up later. The first words out of the guy at the counter's mouth was, "sorry, we can't service you today, we have a lot of paying customers buying tires". Not, "sorry sir, we're very busy, could you come back or leave your tires and pick them up later". That I would have understood. Instead I was brushed aside as if I were asking them to do me a favor for free. What this guy didn't know is that I buy A LOT of tires for my business and personal use. Needless to say, they will never get a penny of my business and I will be sure to spread the word about how they treat prospective customers. read more
