I would give this place zero stars if I could, the gal working didn't seem terrible but the gentleman did not give a single care about the poor service given, I expressed my frustration with their service because the skid plate was not secured back up and rubbed on the way out and he ripped it off and said it was like that when it was brought in. It was not like that or else it would have been rubbing on the ground when we took it there. No apologies from either of them. I know it's hard to find good help today, and I've been going to Center Street for several years and have gotten decent service. Today, I don't even really know if they changed my oil, as I was in and out of there so quickly. Course hot day, hot oil, drains quickly I know! But $80 is a lot to ask when no one even bothers vacuuming, washing windows, checking tires, etc. Nothing today was like it usually is! No one went over my information with me and what they found, no one showed me fluids or the air filter, etc. They didn't put a sticker in my rig, and the guy I asked for a sticker so I could remember when I need to come back was rude and acted as though he was frustrated that I had even asked for it. Time for me to whip out the car ramps and get dirty and save a lot of money! read more

I called ahead because I needed the specific oil recommended for my truck I had just purchased used. I was concerned due to some codes I was receiving. The crew there understand my concerns, and fixed me up with an oil and filter that met the OEM requirements. They even confirmed I wanted to change the oil since it was listed as having a change several hundred miles ago. Very honest shop. And, gave me a military discount! Severely overpriced. I pulled in and asked for a price estimate for an oil change. They told me $107. I have a 2018 VW Tiguan. I have gotten my oil changed many times before and it usually averages around $90. After about a half hour, they called me up to pay. $170! I was so shocked. Apparently, my car needed special expensive oil (that's never been an issue before) and they didn't ask if I was okay with the cost before going through with the oil. Due to my shock, they gave me 20% off my next visit, but even with that discount it's still more expensive than Jiffy Lube in Kalispell where I went a few months ago and it was less than $100. Had my oil changed this morning with a 10% military discount it was $106. I drove the car about 10 miles and as I was stopping at a stop light I heard a noise (bumping sound) under the hood and the coolant warning light came on. Since I was next to a Walmart I pulled into the lot. On opening the hood I found that the coolant overflow cap had not been reinstalled and was just laying on top of the opening. It took almost a full gallon of antifreeze to fill it. When I took it in the electronic oil measurement system worked. When I left it didn't . Coincidence? read more

I came in with what I thought was a leaking issue in rear diff and didn't have the ability to check it myself. They pulled it in checked the level and oil sample and told me they wouldn't recommend changing it as it didn't need it. They tightened the plug and replaced the missing washer and didn't charge me. Told me to come back in a few weeks if I had any issues or if I wanted them to check the plugs. Very much appreciate the honesty and customer service. We got here after a long drive from Utah and had very low oil, but we were surprisingly impressed how quickly they were able to service our car and even let us wait in the car! Within 20 min of arriving, we were finished and back on our way with changed oil and clean windows! If I'm back in this neck of the woods again and need a quick service, I'll definitely return! Before you give this place your hard earned cash, read my story and BUYER BEWARE!!!! I was into Center Street Quick Lube in Kalispell on August 23, 2018. I was going to let it go but, I can't stop thinking about the injustice of spending $49.99 for a rear Diff Service and another $49.99 for a Transfer Case Service both of which, were never done! Both of these charges were on the invoice and I paid $233.96 since I also had the oil changed at $41.99 with synthetic oil which was an additional $18.00 and they charged me $50.00 Special Gear Oil charge and $9.99 for a Limited Slip Additive. The girl came to me with several fluids on a little piece of plastic with wells in it full of awful looking fluid. I thought since I had just bought the truck that I would just get it all done at once! However, I had the truck into my normal mechanic on September 10, 2018, up here in Libby to replace the air conditioning compressor. While the truck was in there he performed, more or less, a buyer's Inspection since I had just bought the truck. All of the aforementioned fluids were pitch black and dirty. In 32 days!!! These people are the ones you hear about, charging you for services that you never get!!! read more

If you value your life,you will get services elsewhere.My break fluid cap was not put back on properly and the break fluid started gushing out while driving.How you can employ people who ignorantly or knowingly do this to people is beyond me.All your five star ratings mean nothing when you put people's lives in danger.I will never be back and will do the opposite of recommend this awful business.I am truely shocked,appalled and disgusted thinking about what could have happened because of what they did. read more

I went in for a routine oil change and was told my transmission should be flushed based on the color of my truck's transmission fluid. I paid for the service and later went in to my regular mechanic. My transmission fluid was still dirty! Went back into Center Street Quick Lube and after being given the run-around I was told they wouldn't refund any money, I was ignored AND I was sadly harassed for sitting in my car outside. I am saddened by the poor customer service by management and the employees. I was hoping this would be my new oil change location so I could support my local businesses but NO Way! read more

I've had my oil changed here for years. Never again. Last time I had it changed both my oil cap and coolant overflow cap were left off. I've been driving around with them off for months. Obviously I should have checked under the hood but I assumed they did the job properly. Lesson learned. Other than the mess I'm hoping there isn't permanent damage to my car. read more

Had some problems with my '89 Dodge Durango and they took care of it promptly, even taking the time to explain the analysis of what was wrong.
