Three hours later the same gentleman looked out where he told me to put the tire and by his reaction I knew he forgot about it. No apology, just stated "I guess it's not done yet". I have purchased tires for years from Tire Rama but most of the time from the other store on 93S. The manager there always treats me right but I was in a hurry to get to an appointment and didn't have time to run down there. Took it down the street to Les Schwab who fixed it in under 20 minutes at no charge. I won't be going to this store for any future tire needs.
