Avoid this place as they don't complete their work. They claim they clean windows and vacuum and to reset the oil change light. They drive my vehicle out and their worked gave me every excuse in the book to tell me he couldn't do it. And he had an attitude. I got in my truck and fixed it in less than two minutes. I walked back in to tell the guys working that their employee need to take a little more time to finish the job. The employee started screaming at me telling me he took the tone and proceeded to yell at me in an extremely unprofessional manner. Let's start with the appearance: - The outside is a typical run of the mill oil change spot. The interior is where it changes your mind. Plus the coffee and fresh baked cookies are a bonus. Communication and professionalism: - The epitome of what customer service should be. If there's something wrong it's communicated and they show it to you and give you options. All employees are in uniform and greet you with a smile. Overall: - The best experience I have had getting my vehicle serviced. It is a tad pricey but so worth it. Fantastic eyes for changing oil they started doing tires what a disaster I took them a 16-inch rim and the correct 16 inch tire to fit on the rim verified by the manufacturer they struggled with it as they didn't know what they were doing and tore a big chunk out of the tire and then put Rim seal to cover their mistake they also left the valve stem inside the tire so they ruined my brand new hundred dollar tire then said they couldn't complete the job I had to take it to a tire store they were not even willing to offer me a free oil change on another vehicle in lieu of their mistake I tried to give them a reasonable solution and they refused. The good news is I found a local honest mechanic that does it all so they just lost a very good customer over one free oil change not smart. read more

Before they handed me back the keys, they cleaned my windows and vacuumed the drivers seat. 10/10 experience. The guys were courteous and helpful. I will be coming back to this location. read more

I don't usually complain, but today I am going to vent. I have needed an oil change for quite a while, so I stopped at the Grease Monkey in Hutton Ranch for a basic oil change. Within five minutes of being there, the guy comes in with two filters and another option to upsell me. I look him in the eyes, and say "No, I can only afford a basic oil change." He seemed kind of surprised I said no. When it was time to check out, he sent someone else up to take payment and it came up to 83.49 for A BASIC OIL CHANGE. I'm later informed that I was charged for synthetic and the synthetic filter. I was not expecting this bill. I had no other choice but to pull out my credit card, because someone was upset I said no to an upsell and felt the need to almost scam someone from not communicating. Same your time and ONLY go to the evergreen Grease Monkey. What a shamefully ran store. read more

The employees were very friendly, service was quick (oil change done in less than a half an hour and there were several other customers being served), and I never felt like they were yanking my chain. Nobody tried to upsell me or convince me there was something wrong with my vehicle. Was greeted by an employee who took down information, then got to wait in their spacious waiting room. Excellent customer service right down to the red carnation left on the dash. :). You can watch them work on your vehicle from the comfort of the spotless waiting room. They cover the seats & steering wheel to keep them clean. We are traveling from out of state but locals are blessed to have this service-oriented business. read more
