I was lost, I called, the manager led me there turn by turn. Once I arrived, he explained the options and explained them very well to help me understand a better option that saved me money too! I then realized I needed an additional service and he took care of it right way and when I mentioned I needed something else, he had already done it, free of charge! The oil + filter changed, wipers replaced, battery checked, washer fluid filled, all done and out in 12 minutes!!! Best service I've ever had for quick lube guys, anywhere. I don't even live here, just passing through. I'm about to drive away and I look on the dashboard and I see two flowers sitting there, just for me! Aww.... Ok so my husband added RV antifreeze to my windshield fluid reservoir and I took my car to Grease Monkey near Kalispell Costco and not only did they remove the antifreeze, flush the system, refill it with the proper fluid in RECORD time, it was all done NO CHARGE!! We were on a cross country trip towing a travel trailer and when we hit 5,000 miles we wanted to change the oil (we still had 2,500 more miles to drive afterwards). The staff was nice enough and the oil change took about an hour and I looked it over and checked the oil level when we returned back to the campground and it seemed to be ok. When I returned home after the additional 2,500 miles I changed the oil again in my own garage. I found that the oil plug was only hand-tightened and when I went to remove it, it almost just came off in my hand. Had that come off during the remainder of our trip (and I don't know why it didn't) it would have destroyed my engine. I also found several of the screws holding the plate on under the vehicle were stripped out and one was missing. Very disappointed with our experience with Great Monkey in Kalispell, Montana. We will not return nor recommend their services. read more

I went in for an oil and filter change but it was more like an F1 pitstop! Super efficient process which resulted in a super fast oil change. I was definitely satisfied with the quality and quickness of the work - just know, all that convenience does have a premium price. I would still recommend Grease Monkey for the basics of car maintenance. read more

They do not do everything on the checklist.. My car overheated and I checked and saw no coolant in the reservoir. And since I have been there several times and do not have a leak seems like they never checked even though they say they do. Not a very trustworthy operation. I am going to steer clear of them. read more

Tried Grease Monkey again. So glad I did! Really friendly. Super fast. Murri and his crew are very professional. Much cheaper than last time but maybe that's because I didn't get as many upgrades. Not sure. But there are coupons in a local coupon book Glacier Values and they honor them! In fact they gave me both the $10 off coupon and the 50% off car wash! Just based on my last review, if you need specialty parts you probably shouldn't come here. Although there are plenty of VW Jetta's out there I wouldn't think that it would be hard to get these parts (lightbulbs). Waiting room is small and the layout is weird. Definitely not a covid waiting room. They don't wear masks here. but no one really is doing that in the valley. But it's nice outside so you can wait outside right now. Carnation in my window. They even went above and beyond by cleaning my carpets, cleaning the bugs off my windshield, and added more wiper fluid. I can't thank them enough for making my day. This place is best ! I will not do business with any other location. This crew really cares and does a great job . They made my day putting a carnation on my dash ! They have my family as lifetime customers. I went to the Evergreen location to get my tires mounted and balance and to swap my summer tires for my winter studs and Evergreen was having hard time balancing them since my rims was after market and oil change set for 3 hours and they couldn't get my tires balanced sent me to the Treeline location behind Costco . Glad they did now . Murel gave me a free oil change and apologize and just wanted to make sure we was happy and that the job was done correctly. The crew is so friendly . Don't go here. They were extremely rude to my teen daughter and made fun of her and then mocked her in the bay. She could hear them talking about her. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. AND, when I called to let the manager know, he immediately got defensive and hung up on me. Classy....... Oh, and they scrub their reviews. I just took my company car in for an oil change. It is just a year old with 36000 hi-way miles. I told the manager I only needed the oil change, no additional service as I was in a hurry and the car is basically new. I had had an air filter a few months ago at different oil change company. They charged me for an air filter, cabin air filter, tire rotation, and brake flush service. None of this was done but the manager said the fleet company authorized so he was charging it and I could come back. When I called him out, he said he didn't want to call the fleet company back. No wonder I was the only customer there and they had to get their up sell quota. I have called the fleet company to have them dispute the bill. I had a similar but less serious overcharge at the original Grease Monkey as a year ago but decided to try the new location. The manager had transferred these guys are crooks. If it was my own credit card I would have disputed the entire charge. $250 for an oil change n a 2019 Subaru Outback. STAY AWAY. read more

Two times bad experience, both bad,, this time I go in but stayed in my truck to watch, and although most items gone through the young guy had no idea on the air filter on a Diesel engine. After fifteen min of messing around the district manager came over and looked and shut the hood. I left paying my bill of 157.00 for the oil change and did not look under the hood. About 80 miles out of Kalispell I get engine light and slow down in HP. I took to garage and they tested and said it was turbo charger error 299.00. I had vehicle towed back to Kalispell and taken to local garage where they stated it may be something else. I then took a look into the engine dept and found the lid for the air filter missing and the filter just laying in the case. The error was caused by too much air into engine. Once replaced and new lid put on air blower all is working. When I Calle shop they stated they looked at the cameras and they did it all right.. That is the end of any of my company vehicle going there or any other grease monkey. Bad experience. read more
