I'm a local. After discovering Reggie's a few years ago, I only go here for oil changes. I drive right in when it's my turn & stay in my rig. The pit crew drains the old & puts the new oil filter on. The topside crew washes my windows, checks tire pressures, checks all my fluids, fills the new oil, shows me how to reset my oil change reminder, puts on a new windshield oil change reminder cling. Usually less than 10 minutes. $65 for my Lincoln MKX. In & Out @ Reggie's. They also do transmission flushes which I had them do today. These guys are epic. I get more value than I expect for the money. read more

We stopped in for a quick oil change; first one for us on this older used vehicle. We were waved right in; stayed in our vehicle while a team of workers converged on the vehicle. All fluids checked and topped; tires checked; windows washed and oil changed and new filter. All of this while we chatting with the friendly staff and we were done and gone in less than 10 minutes. We commented on the speed; and received the reply "well we aren't called Reggie's Slow Lube!" Oh! And we even got to meet Reggie himself! Go there! It will brighten your day! read more

They couldn't get a fuel filter swapped but did an oil change and replaced the air filter. Super friendly service and when greeted they learned my name "Reggie" so had a good celebration for that and they gave me some free swag before leaving. read more

Rudest I've ever been treated for no reason in my lifetime. Brought in an imported Land Cruiser and was told to get my own filter and oil. he had the oil in stock but wouldn't use it or try to find me a filter, even though I had cross references in my hand for 20 different brands. Rolled his eyes and said "gotta be different". I said ok politely and went to drive off and he ran to the side of my car cursing that the exhaust smelled. His employees were embarrassed for him as was I. First negative review I've felt compelled to leave. read more

I'm on vacation and I had my little guys with me so I was looking for something real convenient and fast. I pulled right up and they had me drive my car right in and took care of it on the spot. They even suggested I clean some fluids on the next visit. This was by far the fastest and best oil change I've ever had. Met these guys while they were handing out beer coozies at my favorite dive bar. Fact that they went a little Guerilla with marketing is always a good move. So came in. An oil change is an oil change. But, the perks are solid. Windows cleaned, a little inside car clean, random car shiz-nit checked out (which as a single girl in way into) and it was quick. And they have a candle lit. Pretty cute for a bunch of car guys. This is your spot. About the same price as the corporate ones, with more perks and locally owned. It's an obvious. These guys are top notch. Stopped in to have them see why we were leaking oil. We had just had it changed in California. They tightened the filter, added the now low oil, checked and filled all fluids and checked the tire pressure. Keep in mind we paid for this to be done 2 days ago. When we move here this will be our normal place for car stuff. read more

I am from North Carolina, and totally tried to make a joke about how this was the fastest oil draw in the west, because seriously, I was in and out in no more than 15 minutes. way to get out there with the coozies. i came in for an oil change. they cleaned my windows and aired up my tires and I am so impressed with the service. it is nice to know there is a place in whitefish where you can get a quick affordable oil change (the charge was even ten dollars less than the phone quote they gave me). nice comfortable couch to sit and read or watch some tv on while you wait. read more
