Paid 1000 for four brand new tires, including new valve stems. Emphasized I was driving cross country and needed safety and security. Car monitored that every single tire pressure was different for all four tires, and not a single one was correct. A couple hundred miles into my road trip, the brand new valve stem they "installed" fell out. Now I'm stranded on the side of the road. Do not trust the safety of your vehicle, yourself, or your family to this place that charges a lot and gives you shotty service. read more

LOVE LES SCHWAB IN KALISPELL! My initial concern was the price. I needed work down ASAP but they were the priciest of all the places I checked. I'm SO glad I didn't let that stop me! I decided to go with LS for brake repair, and ended up just having them do some more overall work just because they made it so easy! We recently had new snow tires installed at Les Schwab in Evergreen. MT. There was no TPS system with the tires , which were originally purchased at a new Les Schwab in Redding . CA. They were supposed to supply the TPS devices but did not. We then moved to Montana and once the first snow flew we put on the tires. But soon we realized there was no air pressure reading. After being told the tOS system would be over $340, I decided to purchase a system elsewhere . We called Les Schwab who told us they couldn't put on our TPS system since it wasn't their on. But once I told the assistant manager, he said they would, We were so grateful as they didn't have to do it, The Les Schwab service person who worked in our car was "Maggie" who was extremely thorough and professional. Maggie as well as the assistant manager ( we don't recall his name) were great to work with. You can count on Les Schwab to be extremely service oriented and understanding to your needs. Purchased tires from les Schwab in Washington... was told it was free to change out seasonal tires... did it multiple times at les schwab in Wenatchee wa and never been charged. After dropping off the car at 8am Melissa didn't say anything about a charge or anything... go to pick up my car and they wanted $80!!! Spokane to manager Seth and said how could we be business if we didn't charge for that! Okay well that's not my problem. I paid for tires with them because of the free change over. I have had multiple issues at this store,they actually left a tire iron in a 28L tire after repaired and it came through the sidewall. They did not offer to go to the field or compensate me for my time in removing and putting back on the machine, had to have the tire sectioned, no compensation for lost time just opps we did it again. Also had a 23.1-26 tire fixed at the store -went flat in the woods (pinched tube when installing)and again take it off and bring it in so they can try it again. Currently buying tires elsewhere- oh and forget about sudden service, and even if it's sudden, when you have to do it twice or they damage your tires ??? Kalispell store is not much better put balancing beads (lazy mans way of balancing tires) along with tire goop and Guess what happens ? Charged me to clean and reinstall ! Probably did more damage than I know to the front end of my truck.Unreal! I Don't run m55 any more, toyo screwed up there, allowing Schwab exclusive on these but have been happy with Coopers and tire Rama so far. I think google filters out the bad reviews cannot trust them either. read more

Called 3 days ahead to make sure they could mount my wheels and they said they definitely could. Drive in on a snowy day from Columbia falls and said they won't mount them. I had a not so slow leak in my front tire. I figured I would need four new tires since it's all wheel drive. But after a few minutes the guy comes out and says it all repaired and it's free! I said thank you so much but I really wanted to jump up and Down for joy that I didn't have to spend hundred of dollars on tires today. I'll definitely come back when I do need new tires. read more
