I've had an ongoing issue that I have been taking to different shops all around Orlando. Boutique, chain, mom and pop. No one could tell me what was wrong when there very obviously was something wrong. I had an unrelated tire emergency recently and took my car to this tire kingdom. They were extremely nice and got the tire issue fixed. They mentioned the sound that I had been trying to get fixed and told me exactly what it was and asked if I wanted a quote. I was ecstatic. It took a couple of tries to fully get the issue resolved but they were determined to help me and were extremely reasonable with their pricing knowing that it was an expensive fix and that it required me to be in and out of the shop multiple times. I believe the people who were helping me were Jennifer and Michael but everyone I talked to was nice. I will definitely be taking my car here next time an issue comes up! read more

When I called they were very friendly the guy Michael. Helped me over the phone. When I got here Havey I believe his name was helped me with checking in. I always loved coming to tire kingdom but I use to go to the aloma location this one is closer to my house and much friendlier. No complaints I told them I need this car to last me until 2025 and they understood the assignment. He told me exactly what was wrong and completed it right on the spot. I really appreciate it as my anxiety was through the roof. I will definitely be back. Worst place ever, 100% frustrating. 2 days ago I got a flat tire so I went to tire kingdom. They told me my tire would arrive at 8am the next morning, fair enough. So I called in the morning and he told me to come at 10. He didn't tell me the tire never arrived, so I get there at 10 and no tire. Not even a phone call. I was then told 2pm, so I called and no tire. They assured me it would be in by 4pm, so I made another appointment for 10am, and when I arrived, no tire. So I was asked to wait for the truck that was coming at 10, it arrived at 10:05, on time, and yep! NO TIRE!!! So I finally just went to Firestone, got a tire, no hassle, and $40 cheaper. The guy taking care of me at Tire Kingdom was personable enough, but when I walked in at 10am today the first person and only person I see behind the counter is some girl. She didn't welcome me in instead she looked at me like I had 4 heads, VERY unfriendly vibe, so I said hi! She mumbled something and got the guy that I had been working with to come and help me. So the tire finally comes in and the guy leaves me 2 voicemails, but he didn't have the courtesy to call me when he knew the tire didn't come in a million times. Every time he gave me a new time, I had to call them to find out the tire wasn't in yet. I missed a day of work and they offered me no compensation, for this inconvenience, not even a coupon. They barely apologized. It was an absolutely horrible experience, I do not recommend this dirty nasty tire kingdom to anyone!! Going to the competitor it was like night and day. Save yourself!!!! Also I gave them a $25 deposit which I expect back, but we'll see. The place is a joke. I don't know anyone that would run their business that way. I used the online reservation portal, made an appointment and picked out the tire I needed. Made the appointment for 4:00PM, around 4:20 they told me that the tire I ordered was not there and that the vendor who delivers it typically runs late. I asked if there were any other available in that size - which they didn't have any. The tire didn't show till 530 and I was out of there before 5:50. So at least they were fast once it arrived I understand this is the vendors fault but your business is only as good as your weakest vendor. AND the 2 times that you had to take it back, it was said to you, "By the way, we accidentally broke this but we fixed it. Don't worry, we're not going to charge you." -- HOWEVER, these little things "they broke" were never put on any one of the invoices. How would you feel as a consumer? Is this even legal? I even bought brand new times per Chad's advice that I needed new times. By the way, I have never mistreated their staff, nor raised my voice. Disappointed! I had a pin hole in the tread of my new Michelin tire and had to fill it every 4-5 days. I stopped in to Tire Kingdom in Winter Park to have it repaired. I figured it would cost maybe $20 to fix, they came into the showroom and told me it wasn't fixable. I asked the worker to show me the tire. He showed me the microscopic pin hole in the tread and said he could not fix it because it was "on the outer tread" that they don't repair the outer tread on Michelins and it would be $355 for a new tire. I said it's brand new and it's a pin hole, he apologized and said he couldn't fix it. Meanwhile in line, there was another woman who was going through the exact same thing. I told the "salesman" to put the tire on the car and I left pissed off. I found a "mom and pop" tire place who fixed it for $20. I think it's rotten that they would try to take advantage of women for a sale. I will never set foot in that place and I'll post bad reviews everywhere on social media. I honestly don't understand how have they have such great reviews, other than the staff is kind. My first time at Tire Kingdom on Lee rd was a year ago in February. I only brought it to them because I had a nail in my tire and needed a close spot. After everything, I ended up leaving with 4 new tires, rotors, and pads. I had to immediately bring it back for multiple issues only a week later. Then brought it back in May, they said give it time to adjust. Now I am back again. Like it has been NONSTOP issues with my tires and breaks since they touched it. My car bounces at 60mph or more, they say they can't feel it so they can't fix it but it should be fine. My breaks grind even when I am not breaking, they say it is because of the dust but it still has not gone away and is getting worse. I never had issues with any of it for the past 8 years. I am back in now, waiting on my vehicle and I have given them WAY too much money for the issues I am having. While I was waiting in their office, another gentlemen came in saying similar things and his breaks were done only a few weeks ago! The office staff is incredibly patient and kind, but I have no idea who runs the service dept. and who is checking their work and holding them accountable, because my van still bounces when I am on the highway and my breaks still grind constantly (even when not breaking). It is very inconvenient for me to leave my van as I have 5 kids and a career I need to drive constantly so I can't bring it back and forth this often! It is very frustrating! All I am hoping is that they finally fix their mistakes (better be free of charge). I have honestly been putting off this review in hopes that they will finally correct it, but time and time again it is the same thing. I don't like writing negative reviews unless it is earned and I have given multiple attempts to correct, well at this point it is too much. I wish I would have NEVER gone there. Update: this place is terrible. I don't recommend to anyone on a budget. They will take advantage of you and take no accountability leaving you to spend money else where. New ownership that clearly doesn't value people. Second update after receiving their response on Google: I spoke with the owner John, and he said they are not accountable. So NO, do not go here. I was driving on N Wymore Road and hit a pothole that completely flattened my tire. The first parking lot I pulled into happened to be this tire kingdom. Immediately walked in and the employee was extremely accommodating. Although it was supposed to be a few hour wait, he squeezed us in because we had to sit and wait for it to get fixed. Richard, the service manager, and Chad, the general manager saved me when another tire shop botched the job only a few days earlier by forgetting to replace my valve stems and causing a blowout. Richard was quickly able to confirm the issue and assured me he could order my tire, which is a tricky size, and have me on the road the next morning. Both him and Chad went above and beyond to make sure I was back on the road and I just can't say enough about their professionalism and customer service. read more

So being new-ish to town, I had no reliable mechanic, I tried calling a place that a friend recommended and they never returned my phone call. That being said, I called tire Kingdom on Monday morning and was greeted by a very pleasant man to help me get an appointment the same day. I was desperate for an appointment Thursday because I knew my car was on its very last leg. I was not able to leave work so I had a family member drop off the car and help me with getting my car fixed. The gentleman that worked at this auto shop were extremely helpful and kind and helping me get my car repaired. I feel like it's really easy to take advantage of somebody that is desperate and doesn't really know what they're getting into, like me, but they walked me through every step when I finally was able to show up and explained why the price was where it was at. I felt extremely safe and lucky that I was able to get in with them so quickly and they took care of me and my car so well. I usually don't write reviews but I feel that my experience needed to be shared. I brought my car into this store due to a popped tire in which I ultimately had to get two due to them being balanced. I was told that it would only be 45 minutes however it took them 2.5 hours. I understand that sometimes things can take longer than expected so this is not why I am giving this a bad review. As I got into my car and sat down, I noticed my drivers seat was soaking wet and was giving off a very pungent smell. I got out and realized that a mechanic had sat in my light cloth seats without a cover and not only got his sweat all in the fabric, but got black oil all over the seat as well. I immediately took my car to a carwash and tried to clean the seats myself however the oil didn't budge. I called tire kingdom and the manager said to go get my seats cleaned and bring in the receipt and they would refund me. The next day I spent my whole morning at a local car wash getting my seats shampoo'd and cleaned. After the wash, I brought the receipt into the tire kingdom. The worker in the front office tried to refund me but was unable to do so due to not knowing how to work through a system error. After (barely) trying to fix the error, he told me that there was nothing he could do and that I just needed to wait and come back later in the week if I don't get refunded. I explained that I worked full time and couldn't continue to drive back and fourth to the store and waste more time and that they needed to figure it out in which he copped an attitude. At this point I was over it and just left. This was an avoidable situation that should have never happened, and even though it did, it could have been handled a lot differently. read more

The initial experience was not very good at all I scheduled an appointment for 12:30 with Genna. I came in at 12:15 to check in for my appointment, Genna saw me and said "Rice at 12:30 right?" I responded "yes" and she just left me sitting. Didn't ask for my keys or anything. About an hour of waiting and watching people get their cars fixed before my appointment was extremely aggravating. However Chad changed my whole experience, when he came in he immediately noticed me and asked how I was doing. A few minutes later he realized I still had my keys and no one was helping me. He very quickly came back over asked how long I'd been waiting, apologized and got my car checked in and taken care of in a heartbeat. I made an appointment and was on time, when I pulled in there was only 1 customer ahead of me. I was in for new tires, balance and alignment. I was there for over 3 hours and ended up leaving without the alignment done. Apparently the car before me had more issues than they thought so they couldn't get to my alignment. It would have been nice if I was informed much earlier that everything was set and that I'd have to wait on the alignment. After waiting 3 hours, I asked what the estimated time my car would be complete and the sales rep explained about the car issues of the prior customer....I shared it would have been nice to know earlier it was going to take long....and he said his mechanic just got done with changing my wheels and balance. So what I'm being told is it took them three hours to change tires and do a wheel balance?!?? I know changing tires, alignment, and balance doesn't take this long.....especially when the alignment was skipped. So either their mechanics can't work fast and efficient or they don't communicate well with customers on approximate wait time if there is going to be any further delay. I won't be going back again and I can understand why that place was empty compared to other Tire Kingdom's I have been to. read more

So I was having issues with my car so my husband decided to drop me off at work and go ahead and stop at this tire Kingdom which is right around the corner from my job to find out what the grinding sound was coming from my rear tire on the right so of course you know they're nice enough not to charge for looking into what's going on with the vehicle which is great because everywhere else of course they charge you just to look at the vehicle so they proceeded to check the vehicle and explain to my husband that my rotors done that I needed new brakes and reason for that is because my caliber broke so for my rear brakes and the caliber for only my right side but of course brakes on both write a letter for the back what's gonna come out to $868 OK not a problem but of course we have a car through Nissan so we decided to go ahead and go to Nissan and make sure that this wasn't covered through our extended warranty we went to Nissan they went ahead and check the vehicle we explain to them the quote that tire Kingdom gave us and what they're saying was wrongWith the vehicle so they went ahead and looked at the car and the price for them for everything the tire kingdom was going to do was literally $200 cheaper which was very shocking because in my mind the dealership was gonna be more expensive so I said you know what let's go ahead let's do the work here we're at Nissan it's better and it's Nissan parts so the advisor that was helping us I was talking to him and I told him can you please do me a favor and double checking to see if the caliber is actually damaged because you know a lot of places out there try to rip you off he said sure no problem I'll go ahead and see so as we waiting about an hour and a half to two hours for them to do the work which didn't have a problem with that he comes back says everything's done and the bill was only $541 which was great surprising put on the paperwork didn't show that the caliber was replaced so we went ahead unless the advisor was the caliber replaced because it's not on the boss I don't know girl your caliber was never broken you didn't need one you just had no padding on your brakes which exam is your rollers so you take me to nyomi need it the rotors and brake pads for the back rear it is amazing how some places out there will try to rip you off tell me that I needed a caliber but I actually didn't I will not come here ever again and if you do just make sure that they are not charging you for things that don't need to be fixed at this time in our lives with this pandemic going on a lot of individuals don't have the funds to be spending for unnecessary fixes and they have the audacity to take it vantage of us read more
