Uhm hands down 5 stars for exceptional above and beyond service!! I came here because I had a nail in my tire and had previously purchased a whole set of tires from this business back in 2018. I wasn't sure if I was still covered for a free replacement in the case that the patch wasn't possible, but they assured me that I was. Incredible. Thankfully they patched it for FREE and the manager Sean was extremely helpful and attentive to detail!! Not only did he fix my tire in less than an hour during the middle of their busiest times I assume, but he also noticed a couple things wrong and went above and beyond to assess it. Not just that, but he took the initiative to call me and explain the process behind the error my car was showing and gave me various solutions he could give me that weren't gonna break the bank. He was so helpful and kind! Give this man a raise! In the end my tire was replaced and he even fixed my tire pressure sensor that's been out for over two years!!! My husband needed an oil change and Sean also generously provided a coupon code that my husband could use on his return and I really couldn't be more thankful and impressed. (We even price checked a few other competitors before coming back and this was by far the most affordable). So yes - 10/10 for an amazing experience with exceptional service. Totally lied to me. Told me Tesla tires cannot be patched.... $363 later. ... Tesla recommended Costco tires, I got this off the website, and all the discussions online say that they can be patched, but some tire places are lazy or don't want to mess wit the foam. I went in to get an oil change and tire rotation. On one of my wheels they forgot to tighten the lug nuts and my entire wheel came off while I was driving and I had to get it towed. I know it was probably a mistake but that is something that should have never happened. It could have caused serious damage to me and or my car. I don't usually write reviews unless it's worth it, either to advise others of a really bad experience or a really good one. I have a late model luxury SUV Audi Q7. I bought this car not realizing the difficulty of having "run flats" and the problems I would have later of finding replacements if I need them. Last night one of my tires had a nail and it deflated. Fortunately they're run flats so I was able to get it to Tire Kingdom off of Aloma Ave in Winter Park, FL. I called around to Costco and other tire stores and nobody, even Goodyear (that's the OEM on the car) would touch a run flat to repair it. Everyone wants to replace them at $450+ each. I've been to this Tire Kingdom before with past cars I've owned and they have always been VERY HONEST in telling me what needs to be done and not try and rip you off like other mechanics sometimes. You can really trust these guys! I dealt with Ryan Kelling, who is the store manager. He's awesome! Very professional, and top it off, not only did they repair the tire, they did it very timely and then handed me my keys and said "Happy Holidays" without even charging me. You don't get this type of service anymore very often - the kind of service you get from a non-chain, local mom and pop that's known you for years. Be very careful. I bought tires in March this year and purchased a wheel alignment program which was good for a year. On 11/15/12 I returned due to needing a alignment. They attempted to charge me 105 dollars for the job and not honor the alignment program I bought earlier this year. I'm glad I kept my original paperwork. He reluctantly refunded my credit card. I had the misfortune of having to deal with this store after my brand new tire blew out on I-4. They insisted it was a road hazard which is absolutely false. The Pirelli tires on my car are defective and tire kingdom refused to replace the tire under warranty and told Pirelli it was road hazard damage. With 100% certainty, including the same account by a witness, there was nothing on the road! I was driving at 6:30 am on a fairly clear, flat 5 lane part of I-4, there was nothing on the road!!
