I left immediately and drove all the way to my loyal local tire shop who never does me wrong. Ren saw me in tears, frustrated about my car. They saved me big time ! I was driving on a spare and I had the steel belt showing !! I was only going to get one tire fixed but they talked me into getting the spare donut off because it can be dangerous especially with all wheel drive . On the way here I felt like I had two flat tires !!! I felt very unsafe but now it's safe again. read more

I've personally been going to Empire tire for the last four years, whenever I'm having lan issue where I need new or used tires they come in clutch! The prices are relatively reasonable, you can get a used tire plus labor for under $50! Which I think is 100% a steal! At most places when you need new tires you're looking at upwards between $70 and $100. The guys that run the place are always really nice and sweet to me, and they don't have an issue explaining exactly what they were doing to me. They are clear regarding what they are/aren't responsible. I'm typically in and out within 10 minutes so I appreciate the services always fitting into my busy schedule! read more

We used this Tire change place on Seminola many times with good results. But today they had prerecorded non stop fowl language on loud sound system. They also let you look for a tire you like and if your tired is fixable they can do it for cheap. Insane price. Yet you can buy 4 used tires from them for around 200. This place used to be good since Covid it's not somewhere I would take my vehicle. Or recommend. Had a flat tire and needed to patch it. I was visiting from out of town and desperate on a Sunday afternoon. I gave them the tire. The hole was 1/8 to 3/16" of an inch. He put a small patch that looked to be about an inch in diameter. Put the tire back together. Checked it for air leak and it still leaked. So another guy working there tried putting an even bigger patch over the smaller patch. It didn't grabbed well. He offered to plug the tire free of charge. I told him no thanks. I have plugs of my own and I needed the tire patched not plugged. He apologized and off I went with my tire. I dropped it off at the dealer on Monday morning. They checked it and told me they couldn't put a patch over the other patches. They could only replace the tire if I wanted but they would not attempt to fix it. To much liability. So $200 later I had a new tire. It seems like the people at empire although very polite caused me to replace a tire that only had 15K miles on it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO FIX YOUR TIRES. Again the staff was nice and polite but not enough experience to fix my tire in my opinion. read more

This place has saved me twice. A few weeks ago, I went to take my son to school and one of my tires was completely flat. I pumped some air in it, and googled the closest place to the school I could find. They hooked me up with a used tire in great shape and it was such a good price I bought two. This morning I noticed that my car was shaking badly and couldn't find the problem. I went back up there to see if something had come loose; turns out, it was another tire that had the issue. They switched it out with my spare for free and I plan to go back next week to buy two more from them. Bottom line: The price is refreshing, the service I received was wonderful. Worst experience I've ever had. I've been going here for years I refer so many people to them. I went there Wednesday evening at 6:03 didn't get spoken to till 6:11 at which time they said we've taken our last car. I explained I have a nail in my tire what should I do. The guy simply said i dunno. I waited 45 min for my mother to help come change my tire then changed my tire in front of the store while two workers from this establishment sat and watched. Went in for the very first time on 3/14/2020 around 1030 am and wanted a quote on some used tires. I spoke to a gentleman there and he sold me on some tires that were 230 but would sell to me for 130 so I said sure let's proceed. Come to find out when he's ringing me up after the fact he told me 230. Might I add his customer service skills we're not very good. So he got the manager and the manager said he was confused on the price he gave me etc. and that the price will be 230.....I will not be back at the place again. I went to Empire Tires on Seminola Blvd in Casselberry, FL 3 times and every time I was either not greeted for a long time when they were not even busy or waited and then was greeted with a nasty, rude, gangster, mean, scary attitude by the 2 guys (1 African American and 1 Hispanic) There was absolutely no one there except them AND ME, the last time that I went and I asked where I should park and they ignored me and then I asked again and then 1 hollered what do you want! I asked again where should I park and he said well what do you want and I told him I needed a tire and he rubbed his hand on my tire and said its no good you need a new one and I said I know that is why I am here. They said we don't have that tire. They acted like it was a bother for them to help me. I asked then, if they could put my spare on my car since they didn't have a tire in their store for me. I was going to pay them. They refused. This is just ridiculous and these guys have no business working with people. Then I asked if They could order me one, You'd think I asked them for their teeth, They act like they are angry that they have to work for a living. They got me a price for a new one but, at this point they were so nasty that I just wanted to leave and never come back so I said no thank you and left. I had the money but, decided I didn't want to spend it at that store because they were so mean and rude.The service at this store and the personnel at this store used to be good. I don't know what happened but, it is horrible now. Even the Spanish girl inside is rude. How do people expect to run a business this way. I searched the web for a used tire place near me. One of the choices was Empire Tire in Casselberry. I decided to stop in and see what they would offer me. As soon as I parked my car and got out, a serviceman came out to ask what he could do for me. I told him I needed both rear tires replaced. Before I even finished my statement, he was checking my tires. He showed me where all four of my tires were splitting! Until recently, the car had been sitting for over a year. He immediately went and found two options for replacements. The option I chose was four Michelin tires for $250. They still have plenty of tread and look almost new! He and a coworker went to work right away. In less than 40 minutes from when I stopped in, my car was ready to go! Thank you, Nugget. I had the bad luck of talking to the owner "Karen" today. I had the worst experience with her. She was rude. She rose her voice at me and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. I know exactly what kind of car I have yet she's listing models that are not mine telling me it's in the same category when it isn't. Then she continued to be disrespectful by discussing me where I could still hear her over the phone to her employees. When I told her I didn't want to be treated this way and I'll take my business elsewhere, she then had the nerve to call me and leave me a message. I have been to this establishment in the past working with very kind and professional young men along with Frank an older gentleman. My past experience with these men is what brought me back, but knowing what a horrendous person on the inside the owner is I am forced to take my business elsewhere. I pray for the men who have to work for her and apologize that they have to deal with that. Please don't shop here. Karen doesn't deserve business with that attitude and level of disrespect toward her customers. Like I said the men there have in my past experience been phenomenal yet Karen brings the entire place to earn a 1 Star. I'd give 0 if I could. If she sells it to someone else I'd be happy to let those men work on my car. Karen maybe get some class and manners and you'll get more business or stay out of the office. read more
