This is my first time at Tire Discounters. I needed a new pair of tires. I have no clue where to start with this stuff and am usually intimidated on car-related errands. Steve, one of the managers, helped me out so much. He explained everything so well, taught me about tires and let me know that I had been over-inflating them based on what I told him, noticed and repaired a damaged valve on one of my tires for free....he just went above and beyond on everything. He gave me tips for cleaning my wiper blades at the gas station, made fresh coffee for the people in the waiting room...it was such a nice experience. This whole stop was a last-minute appointment too. They got me in and out of there in no time. At first, he suggested a mid-range tire, but after I described my budget, he helped me pick out two "entry level" tires that fit my budget and will be just fine for me. I will definitely always be coming here for tire stuff. The people who work here are nice and smart. I recommend them definitely. read more

I had heard from others about tire discounters. A bit on th average side. I checked their website to see what services they offered. I was surprised to see they were not just a tire only store. I was in of a brake repair. The dealership was not the place i wanted to go. I stopped in at the store on georgesville rd. Their I met steve. He made my peace of mind peacefull. He would check out the condition of my brakes and could take care of my spark plugs as well. Made the appointment. Appointment: I noticed their inspection was more than just what was requested. I did have two tires needing changed as well. Steve and his team went above my expectations. I am very satisfied that I chose this location to care for car maintenance requirements. I will recommend this Tire Discounters to anyone needing Steve and his team's expertise. I know in the future, i will return to this location for any additional car maintenance within tire discounters available services. Thanks for a job well done. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Paid 1000 dollars to fix my thermostat housing and oil cooler. I got the car back and it was making a horrible noise that was not happening before. 2 drives later the engine completely shut down on me. I got it towed back to their store to get a refund and they claim there is nothing they did to mess up the engine. It was already failing they said. But they let me pay for a repair the car didn't need if the engine was failing. They would not give me a refund. Worst body shop service I have ever received. I talked to a regional manager and they stood by the position that they will not give me a refund. They also said my car was making that noise before I brought it in. And that is a lie. This company has no ethics or empathy for their customers. I paid 1000$ for them to break my engine I repeat Don't bring your car here! read more

After getting the run around at several other tire places, even Toyota dealer, I was given Tire Discounters name and told to try them out as that person always has had great experiences. From the call to set up an appointment to when I was done I was totally impressed! Very respectful men and woman working at the one on Georgesville road in Galloway. I was explained in detail with showing me what was going on with my car as well as what was good with it. I also listened to others that came in and what they were told was going on with their car as well and every person that walked in there was treated with the up most respect. I will def be visiting again as well as telling others! THANKS GUYS!!! read more

I brought in a flat tire off the car about 30 minutes before closing. I figured that they could get to the tire the next day and call me with the verdict. Instead, the guy in charge said he could look at the tire right now. The damage was found and irreparable. I didn't think I could afford a new tire right that moment. So he gave me a discount on a replacement tire, had it mounted, balanced, etc., checked the air in all the other tires including spare, and I was ready roll. Even stayed a half hour after closing. This place always has great customer service. So I'll be back again the next time I need tires. read more

I bought a new set of tires from the Georgesville Road location today. When I went in I planned on just having one tire looked at, when, in fact, they were all very bad. Steve gave us a great deal, and got me right in. When I went to pick up my car, he told me my rear wiper was shredded. He told me to just go next door to the auto parts store, pick one up and he would meet me in the parking lot to change it out free of charge. Steve is always great to work with! He has a smile on his face, and is so kind (and funny) to the customers. Awesome service!! Thanks again Steve! Customers for life Marsha read more

I had run over a pallet after 2 pallets fell of an old pick up truck. I took it to one place and they said there was nothing in my tire but it kept leaking air I took it to another place and they said it would be at least 5 hours before they could get to it. so I went to tire discounters not only did they find a nail in the tire they also found a screw that had broken off and puntured the tire. thank goodness for their persistence to get my tire repaired and back on the road. I will go to tire discounters for any further repairs that I need. I will also tell everyone I know of the great service I received read more

The manager Steve at the Georgesville Rd location is the definition of providing customer service! I was in need of someone to check my tires due to the pressure light indicating an issue. He inspected all of them put air in them and reassured me that nothing was in a tire. Did I mention it was pouring rain and he didn't request me to get out of my car!! Steve gave me a quote for new tires that I will be going back for in the future - if the employees follow in the footsteps of Steve this is a great staff. Steve thank you for showing that good customer service is still alive! read more

Had all 4 of my tires replaced pretty quickly a couple weeks ago, and came in today because the pressure was low. Steve put some more air in as soon as I pulled up (I literally didn't even get into the building before he asked me what I needed help with) and confirmed the pressure was just a bit low. I asked if he could help me replace my headlights as one recently burst, and he and Tony helped me out free of charge! Super fast service, super helpful and friendly techs. Definitely going back should I need anything else. read more

Before I forget just let me mention the guys who waited on me, Steve and Joshua, Both VERY professional and very helpful, Joshua took me into the garage and showed me the brake pads that were removed and then compared them to what they should look like. I'm not a car guy so it was very informative for me to see the difference. The cost for everything was much less than I would have paid at the dealership, they finished HOURS sooner than what I anticipated. I can't recommend them enough read more

I had my rear brakes on my Jeep completely replaced, brake pads, rotors, calipers. The experience from start to finish was Professional and caring. A couple of days later, with my grandkids in the car, I was on the freeway and the cars in front of me came to a sudden stop. I stepped on my brakes hard and was able to avoid an accident. I'm quite sure if I hadn't of replaced my brakes I would have been involved in an at fault accident. Tire Discounters are the best. read more

Stopped in thinking I would have to make an appointment to get new tires, however, Willis and Steve insisted on getting me in the same day even though all of the bays were full and there were 4 other customers waiting in the lobby. Willis was awesome and got me a great deal. My car was ready when promised and my car is riding so much smoother! Thank you Willis and Steve for providing excellent customer service. This will be my new home for all my tire needs. read more

What great service! Mycar was broken down on the freeway after hours and had it towed here! Came back in the morning and told them what happened to the vehicle. they assisted me and fixed my vehicle the SAME DAY! I drove the vehicle around and it did the same thing, but was able to bring it back. It was due to faulty spark plugs by the manufacture and replaced all them again. It's running like a dream! Such a great place to bring your car! Highly recommended! read more

My car was vandalized, this location patched three tires. They were really knowledgable about the type of tires I had, facts that I was unaware of. Since I had run flats I was told my brand was the only kind that could be repaired and were just old/ new enough to perform the repairs. In the end they saved me atleast $800 to exact replacement costs. I couldn't be more happy for a fraction of the repairs. read more

Wes got me in last minute and was a huge help. I work 7 days a week 45 mins away from shop but live near this location. I called several other shops just to be told no room for me and even though they were very busy Wes acknowledged my need for service to get to work in morning and got me in at end of day. I appreciate them and will be definitely bring my vehicles here over any other shops around read more
