Tire review only. Noting to deal with car repair or oil. Really great place. I ended up hitting a nail on the freeway and it was stuck on the side, which means no plugging. So, I checked around and no one had a tire to match my 2019 Challenger. They had a few at this location. $191 was the price after install and I had great customer service during my visit. They kept checking on us and asking if we needed water or anything which I thought was kind of them. They kept complimenting my car which was flattering. Initially disappointed that when I checked online for an appointment, the website indicated that there were afternoon appointments. After not hearing anything from the store I chose, I called at 10:30 am to check on when I could bring in the car. I was told there were NO appointments that day. At 2:30 pm I received a call to say that I could bring in the car. It was taken in at 3:30 to have the tire repaired due to a screw puncturing the tread. After only an hour I received a call that the car was ready for pick up. It's angering when the website says one thing and the store says another. Repeated trips back to remedy basic issues that should have been covered under the warranties resulted in her experiencing repeated Misogynistic behavior. Additionally she was repeatedly "up-charged" for things that should have been covered and just generally "talked over" as she was a "girl". They even managed to talk her into buying another tire (in addition to the 4 that were fully warranted). I discovered a rusty nail in my back driver side tire. We did some research online and then ended up calling to clarify some questions we had. Tire discounters on Georgesville Rd is the closest to our house. They were beyond helpful on the phone answering all our questions. We of course didn't want to spend the meant but we knew we needed 4 new tires. They had availability immediately. We were able to make it to Tire Discounters with the nail in our tire. When we entered the showroom we were greeted by Drew. He was ready and willing to help. He remembered us from the phone call and he jumped to action. He was able to get through the paperwork with us pretty quickly. He quoted us approximately 90 minutes for the truck to be ready. We ended up leaving and just having them call us. Amazingly our phone rang at almost 90 minutes on the dot. They were friendly from beginning to end. They even let us know about a rebate that was available for our tire. They made sure we had the all the info we needed to be able to request the rebate. Even though I purchased the 5 year alignment package, I would to this particular Tire Discounters either way! Tire Discounters were life savers for me on a Monday morning. I always use them as a 2nd alternative when my main auto shop can't get me in and out in a timely manner. I've never had issues with TD. The guys who work here are always helpful, and will try their hardest to get you a great deal on your tires, or work. I took my car in after noticing a small leak in one of my rear tires. Dealing with car issues is just one of those horrid 'adulting' parts of life, so while I'm there mentally crunching numbers on new tires, and worrying about the time I'm missing from work, etc. It's not even 30 minutes before they call my name, let me know it was a small nail, they plugged it and took care of it, and the plug was guaranteed for the lifetime of the tire. They also cleaned my tires, and did a couple other quality checks on my vehicle. I asked what the financial damage was fixing the tire. $0- My Monday just got a little better. I have been having my vehicles serviced for the past 3 years at the Georgesville Rd location. The first year and a half I never had an issue with the service, but the last year and a half it has changed. Almost every time I would go in I was told there were things that needed to be fixed on the vehicles. I would wait to see if they would tell me the same things the next time I would get an oil change and tire rotation, but they wouldn't. I asked to have a small light bulb to be replaced earlier this summer and I was told it was going to take an hour of labor to replace it and when I said something to Steve, it took him 5 mins to replace. He did give me a complimentary oil change for that. Now for my experience this Monday. I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and to have the front brakes and rotors replaced. I get a call from Steve and he tells me that there is $2,500 of work that needs to be done. I know that my Honda Pilot has almost 180,000 miles on it and that work was going to need to be done soon. He said that he could give me a discount to make the balance $2,200, so I agreed to have the work done. When I go pick it up and asked him what all was done, he mentioned that they replaced the back shocks. I then told him that they were just replaced a little over a year ago BY HIS STORE! He acted surprised and said that he would take off $200 more off if I paid for the labor to have them replaced. I couldn't believe that he asked for me to pay for a mistake that HE made! To save $200, I agreed to go ahead and pay for the labor. I have spent A LOT of money to your company in the past years and I truly feel that I can no longer trust what I am told by your store manager at this location. On Christmas Eve my daughters engine light came on, I took her car to Napa to get a reading and was told the knock censor was the cause of the engine light. the day after Christmas I stopped at the Bethal Road location and asked if they were a full service repair shop and was told yes, I showed the person at the desk what Napa told me and without doing a diagnosis changed the knock censor, I paid 170.46 and was told the engine light was out. That evening my daughter test drove her car and the engine light came back on, she took her car back to Bethel Road and they replaced it again with the same result of the light coming back on. The shop proceeded to tell my daughter there was nothing more they could do for her and take it to the dealership. She took her car to another full service auto care shop to be told after diagnosis it she had low oil and needed her fluids toped off. Her engine light then went off and has no other problems. Apparently Tire Discounters did not even take the time to check her car out and did a service she did not need and charged her and sent her on her way. This was a costly mistake on Tire Discounters part and did not even try to help her out and sent her on her way. Spoke with District Manager "Steve" and was told because they did a service she was not entitled to a refund even though the problem was never resolved or diagnosed by this shop. read more

I wasn't in a hurry and shopped around for a month..Low and behold TD had the best price for what I wanted...I said "well this sucks" (See above) but TD is very close and the price was SO right I had to at least call. This company is totally incompetent of the workings of a foreign vehicle. They could not even perform a simple brake service, which included new pads and rotors on the front and rear wheels. They offered a lifetime warranty on brake pads when service was performed less than 12 months ago, but 9 months later refuse to honor my warranty! I recently took my car back in to 2 different Tire Discounter locations within less than 7 days due to a slight rubbing sound on my L/F brake only when braking; this was the 3rd attempt since having the initial service performed. The first location told me my L/F wheel bearing was going bad. Less than 7 days later took it into another one of the locations and they told me it was my R/F wheel bearing going bad. I own a 2013 BMW 640i when purchased had only 47k miles own and in excellent condition. I made them both give me written estimates stating what they had told me was the problem. I decided to take my car somewhere else that has the competency to work on foreign cars and have them remove and replace the front pads and rotors to fix correctly. I'll just chalk up as a lesson learned. These idiots will never see my business again. The 256 Reynoldsburg location and E. Broad St location in Columbus, OH. Stay away! Great service, friendly staff, helpful staff as well. I went to get tires a few months back and when i went in didn't have the time to wait for over an hour. The manager offered to give me the next step up tires foe the same cost as the cheapest for the inconvenience. I accepted and scheduled an appointment around the morning time. I had a few issues with them getting me outta there fast but nothing that was there fault. I recently got the car i needed tires on and the cover wouldst come off then we needed a rim key. None of the delays were their fault, so they kept the five star rating. The waiting room has a tv and mags to help pass time. I plan on going back when i need new tires again or get another car. I got a screw in my tire and I have AWD so I had to get 4 new tires. This location is near my house and it seemed great compared to NTB who wanted to charge for alignment. I spent ~$1000 on tires, road hazard, and everything else. I was thrilled to finally get the tires. Unfortunately, while taking a trip later in the day, I took the car on the highway to realize that it was drifting severely to the right. As in, if I took my hand off the wheel for 1-2 seconds, it would sharply drift into the other lane or off the road. The steering wheel was also crooked and, when straightened, made the car veer even further to the right. I called immediately to get this fixed. I was put on hold for 10 minutes. They then took my number and said they would call back. No phone call for 3 days. I called back and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday to get it fixed. I'm fairly patient. I don't mind coming back in to get it right. Today was the day of my appointment and, holy crap, was I disappointed again. They told me they test drove it before and after the new alignment. He said he noticed the pull to the right before the alignment and didn't notice it after. The problem with this is that I was in the waiting room the whole time and could see that the car never left. They did, however, admit that the car had been severely out of alignment and apologized for it being that way. I was just glad to have it fixed and thankful that they didn't try to charge me. Then I took it on a test drive... They didn't straighten the steering wheel at all. Now it veers to the left if you straighten it instead of the right. And it still drifts to the right just as bad if not worse than before. It doesn't instill any confidence in me that they actually retorqued the nuts like I requested. I was so frustrated but I was trying not to be "that guy" so I didn't immediately drive it back or call them. Instead, I called a different location and requested an appointment for my 3rd alignment in 3 weeks. I hope that location can fix what these guys can't. read more

Stopped here on my way to work because my tire pressure light came on. Pulled up and was instantly met by a gentlemen named Alex. Told him my issue, he politely instructed me to pull my car up to the shop door where he proceeded to check all of my tires and make sure their pressure was where it needed to be. He then gave me some knowledge on why not to use metal valve stem caps, and how to reset my tire TPM. They can rust in the winter, little did I know. So he replaced all four valve stems free of charge with the correct plastic ones. Staff was polite, highly knowledgeable, highly recommended. read more

They stayed open later to do this and I really appreciated their accommodations.
