Bought a Groupon for synthetic blend oil change. made an apt at 11. 2 1/2 hours later still waiting. then was told I could only get a full synthetic oil change because it was required. I know full well my car does not have to have full synthetic oil it's just recommended. so my oils change ended up costing ?66 more dollars than my $40 group on. Great service. Brought my car in for a flat tire and they took care of it right away.

I woke up on a Saturday morning to leave and found out my tire was completely flat. After some investigating, I found a huge piece of metal went through the entire tire. I knew I was in need of new ones in the near future so we decided to call them and find out hours on weekends and to see if they'd be able to help us that day or not. They told me to bring the tire in as soon as I could so I arrived and spoke to the same guy who I talked to on the phone. He looked at the flat tire and we decided it was just better to get new ones before the winter so he helped me price them out and get them ordered. I was told it would be about 3 days and just 2 days later they called that the tires were there and I could bring the car in to get them put on. I drove over after work and dropped it off. On my way 30 minute drive home they called and it was DONE! I was shocked at how fast it was. We turned around and went right back. I paid and was on the road with no issues since. My last set of tires came from a Tire Barn location that's now closed but will always check them first because now I've had great luck and have been treated well each time. If you have tire problems or need new tires, then this is the place to come. We live in Plainfield where there is a lot of tire places but we always make the trip to Avon to the Tire Barn Warehouse. We have purchased several sets of tires from here for different vehicles. Brandon and Jeff are amazing people, they are very helpful when it comes to purchasing tires. I came here yesterday because I needed my tires rotated and my passenger back tire had a leak. I thought I ran over a nail but they came out and showed me it was some kind of drill bit that was in there. These guys are amazing and I will never go anywhere else to purchase or repair my tires. Both times I've been to this location, the staff has been extremely friendly and the service has been quick and satisfactory. Everybody at this Tire Barn is so friendly. I mean they are even giving Apple a run for their money for great customer service.

Damaged valve caps: The manager of the store Adam called me after I dropped off my car. He told me that my valve caps were seized. After further inspection it appeared that the technicians had damaged all four valve caps. The valve caps that came with the car had a bolt-style head to make them easy to take off. When I got back to the store to get my car the valve caps were damaged with tool marks and the bolt style head had been stripped off. The manager (Adam) refused to acknowledge that he had done any damage to the car. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend Tire Barn in Avon IN to ANYONE... EVER. read more

Went into this place on a Thursday afternoon to get a nail removed from my tire. Guy at the front desk told me it would take two hours just to begin looking at my vehicle. When I asked if I could schedule an appointment for a future date he said no due to being "short staffed." Went down the road to Tire Central where they took my car in immediately and 30 minutes to plug it. Don't waste your time going here. read more

We took a car that was losing nitrogen regularly here on a Sunday without an appointment. They corrected the leak (on a competitors tire no less), reset the tums system, and filled the tires with nitrogen at no cost. They were incredibly friendly and informative. read more

Was traveling from Vet with 2 Dogs and blew a flat tire. Because it was a hot day and the dogs and I were sitting outside they moved me to next in line for service. In and out very fast & professional. I would be surprised but Tire Barn has always given this level of service, that's why I'll keep coming back. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a tire barn. I called and asked for a rotation and alignment and what was the latest time I could come in. They scheduled me for 6 and when I got there they told me they couldn't do that work that they close at 7. The manager Jessie told me There was nothing he could do and told me to call the already closed customer service number. I live 30 minutes away and he told me I would have to come back another day. Again worst service I have ever had a tire barn, they just lost a 12 year customer. read more
