Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). A few months ago I had a tire that kept getting low and finally came up flat on a weekend I was watching a friend's baby. I called and made an appointment, got transportation worked out, had to change the appointment time, and then when I finally showed up (with a friend's baby on my hip) and clearly a little flustered, the repair was quick and inexpensive. Turns out, the last shop that did our oil change didn't properly seal the oil filter housing cap, which caused oil to leak all over the engine. Jesse diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, cleaned up the spilled oil, and topped us off with new oil. All at a very fair price. Are you kidding me? I just called Belle Tire, another Midas, and even the Chevy dealer. They all said free. This place is a ripoff. Then the pricing for the repair was almost the same as the dealer. I rarely need to take my car in, but I will never take it here ever again. The Midas in Avon should be ashamed of themselves.
