Felipe saved us from a major disaster, would wholeheartedly recommend him if you need towing services!!! My husband was on a job interview near Carmel IN driving to dinner when his car broke down at the side of the road (we don't live in IN). With 3% phone battery, being picked up for dinner, and unable to call places on his own, I saved a pin with his dead car's location and called the audi dealership who recommended two towing companies to bring the car to their service dept. The first company's number was out of service, and the second didn't answer. That's when I hopped on yelp and found Felipe. He answered my call, knew immediately where my husband's car was based on my description, knew the audi dealer it needed to get to, and was there within 20 minutes. He sent me photos at each step of the way (a photo and text confirming the car before towing it, a photo while secured on the tow truck, and a photo of the car at the audi dealership where I asked him to leave it). We called Prestige Towing after waiting for AAA for 45 minutes and then being told it would be another hour! I called AAA and canceled and had Prestige Towing pick up our vehicle. They were at our truck in 20 minutes. The young man was professional, brave (465 on Memorial Day during rush hour with semi trucks coming within inches of him) and he knew what he was doing.
